Exercise How to: Bend Over Lateral Raises

Lateral Raises

Knees slightly bent, back straight, head up, lean forward -- allowing weights to hang in front of you.

Keeping form -- slowly raise arms out to the side.

Keep form and be sure not to jerk the weights up. If you must, this is an indicator that the weight is too heavy. Reduce the weight if needed.
