Cross-over Crunches

Crossing your left ankle over your right knee, place your right hand gently behind your head.

Cross over -- crunching up to touch your right elbow to your left knee.


Be sure not to tug at the back of your head. That's cheating and bad for your neck and back!

Switch feet and hand.

Right ankle on left knee. Left hand behind head, left elbow to right knee.

Be sure to come all the way back -- shoulder to the mat -- after each cross-over crunch.
