
Pay Attention:
Hold weight in left hand, weight behind head, elbow bent for tricep curl.
Hold weight in right hand, ready to curl up toward your body for bicep curl!
Simultaneously - curl up right hand and lift left hand.

Again, pay attention! Form is important!
Keep elbows close to your head for the tricep curl. Keep elbow stationary by your side for the bicep curl.
Raise weight overhead and curl bicep - pause - lower.
That's one rep!
