Squat Up

Squat Ups are intended for an advanced exerciser.

<style="clear:left;">With weights in front, place one leg/foot squarely on a platform. Be sure that platform is secure! Head up, shoulders back, and back straight. **Note: Kerri is 6 months pregnant and therefore appears to be rolling forward. It's all baby. :) <style="clear:left;">Push off the floor, standing fully on your platform. Again, watch your form!

Slowly move back toward the floor, sitting back into a nice deep squat. That's one repetition.
