Exercise How to: Standing Tricep Kickbacks

Tricep Kickback

Keep your head up. It is very important to keep your back straight. With knees bent, keep your elbows by your side.

By keeping your elbows still, you ensure working the tricep (back of your arm) and keep good form.

Do not swing arms.

Again, head up / back straight.
