When it comes to pregnancy, food cravings are some of the most common. Many women experience the urge to eat everything from pickles to sardines while expecting, so it's no wonder that Kevin Jonas' wife, Danielle Deleasa, has joined the club!
Recently, Jonas opened up to People magazine about his wife's strange food cravings. The star's leading lady is allegedly addicted to grapes. Jonas went on to say that she can't stop eating them, but it's better than munching on potato chips, right?
"The nausea has finally subsided," Jonas told the news source. "Danielle's feeling much better now in the last couple of days, which is a really big step. She's not sick anymore."
Recently, the pop singer went on to say that he was able to hear his baby's heart beat for the first time inside of his wife. It was a surreal moment for him and Deleasa, who had a relatively difficult time handling first trimester.
"Hearing the heartbeat," Jonas said. "It becomes a different thing."
How can you ride out the first trimester?
The first trimester is notorious for nausea, vomiting and fatigue. However, you don't have to let it slow you down or put a damper on your pregnancy! When you take your first test and confirm that you're expecting, it's best to meet up with your doctor to ensure that you're in the best health possible to have a baby. To quell nausea associated with the beginning of pregnancy, eat small meals throughout the day - this can ease your stomach in contrast to consuming two or three large meals. Rest as much as necessary to ensure that fatigue doesn't get the best of you.
