I don't think a "plus-sized" woman should feel punished by not getting the care she needs. Being plus-sized doesn't make you any less deserving of proper health care. I guess I didn't realize this was an issue, but evidently it is.
I am plus-sized (overweight), but this didn't give me any problems for my pregnancy. I did end up having to have a c-section, but many people have c-sections and it has nothing to do with their size. You shouldn't be made to feel like you can't have a baby because you are "plus-sized".
