On Halloween night when the creepers start creeping, your family needs a full belly to start Trick or Treating! Don't go for the boring, mundane or plain! Scare up a dinner that will make will drive them INSANE! Baked Monster Eyeballs with chips and cheese...a spooky alternative to mac and cheese! This week's recipe is a quick and tasty meal that's easy to serve so long as everyone has the nerve!

Makes: 32 eyeballs
Preparation time: 20 minutes
1 pound lean ground beef
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
2 tablespoons ice water
1/2 cup shredded mexican cheese blend
1 cup crushed tortilla chips
1 cup sour cream
32 black olive halves
taco sauce
Combine the ground beef, taco seasoning, and ice water. Press firmly into the bottom and up the sides of the mini-muffin pans. Sprinkle the cheese and then the tortilla chips over the bottom and sides of the beef mixture. Press gently into the beef to hold the mixture on the sides.
Spoon the sour cream into each meat cup. Top with a half olive, cut side up. Fill the cavity in the olive with the taco sauce. Bake at 375° F for 10 minutes.
