A woman in California claims that Justin Bieber is her baby's daddy. She must really think so because she's suing the famous singer.
Mariah Yeater who is a mere 20 years old, has filed a lawsuit claiming that pop-icon and singer Justin Bieber is the father of her 3-month-old baby boy according to news sources.
She wants to prove without a doubt that the star who is only 17, is the daddy. The only way to do that is for him to take a paternity test.
Bieber's spokesman, Matthew Hiltzik, is denying the allegation brought on by Marian Yeater.
According to news sources, he's quoted as saying, “While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims,” Hiltzik states.
According to Star, the young woman says she was only 19 when she had sex with Justin backstage at one of his shows in LA last year. Her ultimate goal is to force Bieber to give her baby enough financial support. Hmmm.
Luckily for Justin, paternity cases are confidential in California. What is ironic about all this is that Justin is very critical of casual sex. The Bieber is quoted as saying, "I don't think you should have sex with anyone unless you love them," according to an interview he had with Rolling Stone in a February 2011 profile.
While there is still no proof that Yeater was with Justin around the time of conception, TMZ has obtained pictures which show she was with her ex-boyfriend around that time. Apparently, they show that the two were together about 10 months before the birth of the baby involved in Yeater's paternity suit against Bieber. Not 9 months, but close enough?
Is he guilty? Tell us in the comments!
