Thinking about herbs to help...

Just finishing my period and I'm not liking how much discolored blood and clots i've had. I have often had this but now it is bothering me! I have read a lot that cramping and clots and discolored blood is a sign that you uterus isn't emptying all the way and there is stagnant blood. Obviously this would hinder conception because what nicely fertilized egg is going to want to put down roots in the slums of my uterus? And i wouldn't mind a milder period while I wait for baby. So I am going to try to find some loose herbs of red raspberry, peppermint, ladies mantle, nettle, red clover, and milk thistle. These in combination promote uterus toning, cervix toning, high nutritive content and regulating the cycle as well as making a friendlier pH for sperm. I also need to eat better whole foods and nutrient dense foods and take my vitamins. This is hard work becoming pregnant! I envy those people who don't know squat and get pregnant right away cause they are freaks of nature. Yes, I realize we haven't been trying long but it rattles you a little when you think you are going to nail it the first time and it doesn't happen. I think I need to relax and do some yoga and support my health and see what happens. If I don't conceive this cycle I will avoid it next so I won't be due my first week of midwifery school. I'm sure that they would understand but I'd like to attend my classes without contractions, at least the first ones anyway! Venting here is helping the stress level so there is a start!
