Tristine's Triumph -- Entry Four

This is going to be more complicated then I thought. Already I am running into difficulties to just getting my records sent to the right office. Thank goodness my family doctor has so much patience with me. He truly is a great guy even though the rest of the staff at his office and the specialist's office does not know how to handle paperwork.

My family doctor told me to take an aspirin a day, but I am concerned about this high dose because I have only heard of baby aspirin a day. After discussing it with his nurse, she and I finally settled for one baby aspirin a day until I can get in to see my OB/GYN. They said that with the positive Lupus Anticoagulant, prescribing baby aspirin and heparin is a treatment some doctors use.

I hope this confusion isn't a sign for what we will have to endure, but in case it is, I guess I will try to consider myself in training right now. If I can handle the stress of trying to get in to see my OB/GYN, then I hope I should be able to handle the stress of what is to come with this pregnancy.
