Baby led weaning

What is it? How does it work? Is it good/bad?

We loved baby led weaning so much! DS had a huge issue with being a picky eater, mostly because of the textures. So when we had DD we were ready to try something different. We were amazed at what she was able to eat on her own. In the beginning she ate mostly steamed broccoli, avocado slices, and banana spears.
