Hi Ladies:
I'm looking for slow cooker recipes --I like to save time and have meals ready / cooked with the slow cooker while I'm at work. If you have some to share, I'd love to try them!
Here is one I was just recently given by my WW leader (7 PP / Serving). I haven't tried it yet, but I sounds easy and I think it would be a hit with the kids!
Chicken and Stuffing
6 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 box stove top stuffing mix
1 can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup -- or any cream soup
1/2 cup water or chicken bouillon
Spray a 3 1/2 quart crockpot with cooking spray. Add chicken breasts. Combine stuffing, soup, and liquid. Spread over chicken. Cook on low 6 - 8 hours.

To listen actively is to hear what is being said without inflicting your own opinion, judgement, or desire.
Oh yeah I forgot about my cook book. I have one called "Fix It and Forget It Big Cookbook". It's nothing but slow cooker recipes. A friend bought it for me after I was jealous over her's. It's got a ton of ideas and the ingredients are mostly staples I already have.
