Question for the Answer Box (i.e. responses from YOU!): This first trimester is killing me! I'm sick ALL THE TIME, could sleep on a bed of porcupines, and absolutely do not understand the need to pee every 10 seconds (last may be a slight exaggeration as it may be every 30 seconds instead.) Please share your survival tips for one or all of these 1st tri issues!
Did your OB give you a list of food options to help with the sickness; I can't find mine right now but I know I got one? I know watermelon, peanut butter crackers, toast, drinking lots of fluids, etc. I was sick the whole entire 9 months of my pregnancy with DD. Zofran was a life saver. I personally had good luck sucking on peppermint candies to help with the stomach. Depending on where you are in the pregnancy, the urination will subside and then likely increase again in the last trimester.
