For those who have "Santa" visit...

does Santa wrap or not wrap presents? I'm interested in learning if this is a regional question ranked right up there with toilet paper going over or under. LOL

LOL - it is hard. For Deacon's birthday and Christmas this year we have been hiding all his gifts in the tub in the bathroom by his room. He showers in our bathroom so there is never a need for him to get in that tub. Wouldn't you know the past few days that little stinker has been pulling on the shower curtain, ugh!

Santa never wrapped anything when I was growing up but now he wraps some stuff and leaves some unwrapped. There is usually one big gift unwrapped and the rest wrapped in his special paper.

That's hysterical!

Santa doesn't wrap presents here! But he does tend to hide them throughout the room and make us search for them.

In our house (NB) Santa wraps in Santa print paper only! Some stuff in the stockings are also wrapped in his special paper (not everything in the stockings get wrapped though).

Santa wraps at my house... but not at the kids' dad's house. Luckily this year, Santa isn't coming to his house, so there's less confusion for the kids this year... LOL Santa wraps each kid's gifts in their a different paper so he doesn't have to take the time to write tags on each gift. Then those papers are never used again in our house...

Santa always wrapped when I was a kid, but my ex-husband's Santa never wrapped...

here's a question along that same line

Stockings or Socks - who fills them in your house?

Santa always filled ours and I had never considered otherwise until my ex mother in law said to my daughter one year - 'here honey some more stuff for your stocking I forgot at my house'. I quickly distracted her and think she forgot all about it cause she didn't question it later.

Anyone else fill them or does Santa?

When we did santa he wrapped them up in different paper and rolls thrown away to never be seen again! Santa also filled the stockings.

My 7yr knows the truth and could not keep it to herself so she told her 5yr old sister and well thats that! Now I need to figure out how to make it all a surprise gift wise!

My LO is only a month old but as he gets older and understands his Santa gifts will not be wrapped. Santa will also be filling his stocking. Gifts to him from us will be wrapped.

Sants wraps all but one gift, he also does stockings. This year my son is two so he will really be able to get into it! My 5yr old step son still believes in Santa and i hope it stays that way Smile

Santa doesn't wrap gifts here. We don't wrap gifts from us either. They get enough that is wrapped from everyone else. My parents do stockings for all 7 grandkids and they all 6 (#7 is only 7 months old!) know they are from Grandma and Grandpa. Santa didn't wrap presents when I was growing up. Not sure about dh.

Santa wraps in Santa print paper here Smile but I know other people around here who don't wrap Santa stuff. This year there is one gift in particular that I think I may leave unwrapped, it's big and heavy so we'll see.
St. Nick fills stockings tonight Smile the night of December 5th every year
