    Default Toothpaste

When did you switch your child from kid tooth paste to adult tooth paste? Im thinking adult tooth paste might be better for my dd but Im not sure when its "safe/ok" to switch her. I take all my kids to the dentist on friday and planning to ask then but just curious what others thought.

I guess I just thought I'd go by the age on the tube. DD is using toothpaste for 3 - 6 years (she's 4) so I just assumed she'd go onto adult stuff when she's 7. On saying that though, adult toothpaste has a stronger flavour, so it might be better swapping sooner. IDK!

I guess I have the kid toothpaste without the ages on it. lol. I never noticed it. She HATED mine which is very minty but I got her a different one that doesnt have such a strong flavor and she has been alright with it. Im hoping the longer she uses it the better it will be for her.
