    Default What's the craziest thing...

that you have seen a driver do while driving?

Honestly -- this week has made me want to stay at home, lock the doors, and exist on home deliveries!

While driving down the interstate (at 70 mph), I glanced over to see a man shaving...... with a regular razor (not one of those automatic ones!)

Last night, during rush hour, there was a driver that appeared to have his whole office set up in the passenger seat. He was typing one-handed on the laptop, then must have hit "Print" as his plugged in printer was spitting out papers everywhere. Yeah -- *that* wasn't a distracted driver!

Despite it being AGAINST THE LAW here -- those texting and driving appear to be undeterred. Maybe they are just "googling".

What disasters in waiting have you seen driving on the roads?

Wow! Shaving while driving? that is amazingly stupid!!!

I have to admit that I have been guilty of applying make up while driving - the only thing I don't do is mascara (I wait for the lights to go red for that ) I know it is so bad but I don't look in the mirror or anything just kind of wing it :/

Once I saw a lady braiding her hair while driving, she was steering with her knees!

I'v seen that. I took a photo once of someone brushing his teeth (I was not driving at the time).
I kept thinking "where is he going to spit?"

When my family and I moved to Florida from AZ my mom and I drove with the kids cross country. When we crossed the Florida state line about an hour in my mother looked over and a man driving in the lane next to us on the highway was holding up a sign at us as he drove. He had written on a piece of cardboard "Your Stupid". He was honking at us and holding the sign. My mother and I busted out laughing. To this day I don't know why he did that (maybe he sw our AZ license plate and thought we were stupid for coming to FL?) but it cracks us up thinking about it.

The scariest was a couple who got in a punch out while driving down and then off the road. Nobody was steering and both were thumping on the other.

Craziest was putting on a wig. Only excuse I can think of -- it was summer, the window was down and maybe it blew off.

I've seen a lot of things. From using computers, texting, what appeared to be sexual gratification had to be the most memorable. However we weren't going 70 on the highway I pulled up next to a car in a traffic jam. I tried no to look but it was just... there! Then my dh groaned and said. "why don't I ever get that sort of treatment" SMH. He did when we had no childeren. lol

I can't believe I'm admitting this but in high school I used to change clothes while driving. Usually it was after cheering at a football game...I was changing out of my uniform and into my "party" clothes

I never in a million years would consider doing that now...I can't believe how stupid I was!

I did this too, although it wasn't cheer clothes, it was ROTC clothes. There were also times when I was a passenger and the driver would begin to change clothes and I would steer the car for whoever it was while they changed. I would actually be changing lanes and turning and everything. Ha ha. I hope my kids never do that in HS or EVER!

I've seen a lot of texting and driving, I knew someone who said he had sex while driving 70+ MPH, and then of course I've seen the person eating a Big Mac burger with two hands while driving with their knee! Luckily I haven't seen anything like that (other than texting and driving) for a long time.
