Isn't it bad when you have to think long and reeeeally hard about this one! I can't actually think of anything...... anything amazing anyway.

That's an easy one for me.
When my mum died I was broke. I was way way way in debt and the fact I had lived with mum and she paid all the bills I was stuck. She used to icasdionally pay some of my bills too.
I took over a couple if the bills and the solicitor dealing with probate did thecrest but I couldn't afford anything even food!!
    My friends were great.
I would get into work and find ?10 left in an envelope on my chair every now and again.
Then one friend met me from work and dud a food shop for me and on one occasion I got home from work to find a full shop waiting on my doorstep from another friend!
The thoughtfulness of these people always warm my heart.

I have been very lucky in life with thoughtful friends.
Had some doozys too... But good outweigh the bad. xxxx

For my 18th birthday, my dad took me down to a used car lot and let me pick out anything I wanted. I ended up getting a black '93 Camaro (this was in 2000)... it was so totally sexy and I was the happiest teenager on the road lol!!

This is easy for me too. When my X left us we had good friends bring us food, that Christmas church addoptied my kids and so we had gifts under the tree. I had no income and had to more back to NY and family then came and got me and my 4 kids with our house full of stuff and let me move in with them. Since then I am not working because of Heath's special needs and this awesome guy has come into my life and he has taken on the role of Daddy to my kids. That has been the best gift ever for all of us. Just to have someone to love my kids as much as I do and take time off of work to do hospital stays and hold me when I cry over Heath's needs is the best thing anyone could ever do for me.

3 years ago this is what I would have posted too. It is amazing how you find out who your true friends are or what friends/family will do without being asked when you hit a hard spot in life.
