How's the tagging going Mel?
Candace, I'm so happy you are almost done!
Christina, yay for full term! Can't wait to "meet" your little guy. Names?
Jan, hi! I was wondering how you are doing. So glad this pregnancy is going well for you.
Emily (ms), sorry Miles is being a TURD. There's something about being out of routine that is really hard for some kids. Alicia is like that, she is totally out of sorts for days after a disruption. I hope things get better soon.
Emily (c3), hope your pt is going well!
Peg, lol at Steve. What a reason to not like docs. How's Tyler doing?
Julie, how's Daphne feeling?
Ruth, the lack of time is one of the reasons I don't try to get on on the weekends. It adds to my stress to feel that I can't get any "me" time on the computer, so when the kids are up, there are no computers or tablets available in our house - they go in the office with the door closed.
Lying...its not that Alicia doesn't understand the timing of things. She too struggles with defining "when" something happened...we get a lot of yesterdays...but she outright lies to me about things. She will deny hitting her brother when I saw her do it...or say she went pee in the potty when I was standing right there and KnoW she didn't. Things like that. Ug. Other than putting her in time out for it, I'm not sure what else to do. I'm trying to teach her the difference between pretend and lying and that's so murky for them.
Exam review and midterm all in one day today. I'm pooped. I bought myself an extra large coffee and cookie. I'm going to sit here in my office with my door closed and some good music on and chill for half an hour. Lunch...one of the blessings of being a working Mom, lol.
why hello everyone!!!!
this is gonna be quick...no nap for lyssa = no puter time for mommy
ty tried not taking a nap either.....finally put him in his crib and let him cry....cried/ yelled for about 15 minutes then got quiet...i was like yes he went to sleep.....did a couple of things downstairs then her the crib bang.....went up to check on him and he stripped him self and was standing there giggling  he's too young to be starting this no nap crap
shop rite and moe's for lunch today...yummy!!!!
lets see what i remember

chilly but sunny here today!!!!
and i forget who asked but tyler is fine....no fever...no crankness ( no more than usual anyway lol)
and i found out that steve never really got swabbed for strep....they just assumed he had it since ty had it.....regardless...antibiotics
oh and i forgot to ask something
who goes to Hobby Lobby????
i think mel goes sometimes right???
what is it like...is it like a michaels or ac moore or is more like model cars and 'hobby' type stuff......they just built one near us ...i haven't been in there yet though!!
oh and they just built another new chick fil a right where the other mall is
Hey Nicole, I was just thinking. Since they can't really grasp the concept of 'lying' and that it isn't different than 'pretending', or even what the moral implications bring. What about Ruth's idea of focusing on 'is it true'. I know Jax totally understands 'true' vs 'pretend', but there is no way he gets what 'lying' is. Maybe I'm totally off base, and I probably need to think about this some more. We are still at the stage of just telling him he gave the wrong answer and then explaining what the right answer is when he answers untruthfully about something. I also try REALLY hard not to ask a question I already know the answer to. Jax tells on himself 99% of the time, so if I don't see him hit his sister, he will come tell me he hit his sister, he will apologize for it, tell me why he did it, and then tell me that he did tell Abigail he was sorry. If I see him hit his sister, and I say to him 'Jax, did you just hit your sister?' I got a 75% shot he will say no. Sometimes he does say he did, but mostly he tells me no. So, what I'm still getting from this, (since he tells on himself and it isn't a matter of not wanting to disappoint) When I ask him a 'did you do' question and I get a 'wrong' answer, I think he is misunderstanding the meaning of the question. I think when I'm standing right there and I see him hit her and I ask, 'did you hit her?' and he says no, I do wonder if he isn't meaning 'no, I SHOULDN'T hit her.' Does that make any sense at all? And, moms with older kids, ahem Colleen, tell me if I'm off my rocker here.
Hobby Lobby is like Micheal's on steroids, IMO. I could shop both in Grand Rapids, and would choose to shop at HB.
sweeeeettttt....i just checked a balance on a gap gift card i had and it still has 25 bucks on it....thank god i checked and didn't just throw it out like i was going to....thought i used it already but apparantly not.....this thing is old
It's been so long since I've been in a Micheal's, I don't really remember all they have. HB, sells stuff for any craft you would want to make, plus they have an awesome fabric section both apparel and home deco fabrics, they have an really nice silk flower section, framing, they sell really cool furniture pieces and have a slew of home decorating odds and ends like ready made frames, knick knacks, specialty dishes, pictures, mirrors, decorative storage, and seasonal/holiday stuff.
ahhhh awesome.........was so hoping that they would have a fabric section.......we don't have a joann's near here so when i need fabrick i always have to go up to by where my sister is...or hit it on my way home from work but then usually miss the kids before they go to bed.......sooo glad they have fabric...might have to check that out and the new chick fil a on thursday....yay
Never buy anything at HB unless it is at least 30% off. They rotate weekly which department will be on sale anywhere from 30-50%, and it's not just certain items, it's the entire department that will be on sale. Gauranteed if you have a project you want to do, and that department isn't on sale, in a span of 3 weeks it will be. Also, on their website, you can print a coupon for 30% any item that isn't on sale, so if you need something THIS WEEK and that department isn't on sale, print the coupon. You can print it as many times as you like.
did i ever tell you that you're the best......thank you....
hey,..how's jax feeling today????? anymore tummy problems
Awe, your welcome and thanks for the compliment.
He is feeling much better. Rick is sick, but with something different. I feel so-so. Jax and I def had the same thing. Just a very mild intestinal thing happening.
glad he's feeling better....:( bout rick.....do you think he's run down from traveling and the happenings of the weekend??
hope you get back to normal soon too!!!
Peg, Gweny and JD are pulling the whole no nap thing for me too.... It actually is chilly here (55) but sunny. It rained all day yesterday and a cold front of some kind moved in. So no outside time today.
Colleen, yes, I too want to know what today's project is!
Nicole, hope that extra large coffee lasts you through the day.
Karrie, Gweny does the same thing as Mikayla. Everything happened "yeserday." Even if it really happened like 2 weeks ago.
Emily, sorry Miles is giving you problems. It takes my kids a while to get back into routine when we go away, even if it is just for a few days. Hopefully he will adjust and start acting better soon.
I need some energy, I hear a Diet Dr. Pepper calling my name. I gave up all cookies, candies, and sweets for lent and ever since I stopping eating all that crap I have been feeling blah. You would think it would be the other way around. I must be going through withdraws or something.
It took me an hour to type that post out and now there are like 12 new posts.
Mel, sorry to hear that you and Rick are sick but glad to hear Jax is better.
Peg, you can also just upload their ad on your phone and use the coupon like that. At least you can at the one by my parents house so you might want to double check if it is the same everywhere. I think Hobby Lobby has way more than Michaels. They also have a lot more seasonal stuff like christmas trees and ornagments/decorations/lights.
Mel, I know exactly what you mean...but with Alicia, I know, she knows that she is telling a fib. For example, when she says she has to go potty and I've just introduced a new container of treats...and she doesn't go but she will fully tell me she did...in hopes of getting a treat. She isn't misunderstanding me, she fully knows she didn't pee, she just is hoping that by sitting on the potty, it will result in a treat. Or if she takes a toy from DJ, she is hoping I won't make her give it back...lately she will say...but I was JUST playing with it...even if she was JUST playing with it an hour ago and now he has it. She will come to me and ask for the toy back...because she was "just" playing with it. I rarely ask something I know the answer to, but she will tell me a lie in an effort to get out of punishment or to get a reward that she didn't earn. So hard to help them distinguish between lying and pretending.
Peg, I was the one asking about Tyler...glad he's feeling better! How's Steve?
sorry nicole...i knew someone asked but couldn't remember who....lol...
steve's doing fine....typical male...lol
emily..phoooey on the weather...and thanks for the coupon suggestion....i'll check it out
Peg, there's a relatively new hobby lobby by me. I've been in there once, but I loved it!
Emily, so sorry Miles isn't cooperating. :bigarmhug:
I totally get where you're coming from and we're in the same boat. It makes me totally dread the day she looks me in the eye and tells me an INTENTIONAL lie to my face. I know it will happen and I'm already sad about it. lol When I was growing up, lying was definitely the biggest punishment by far. My parents (especially my dad) REALLY hate lying and the few times I did and got caught, I was made aware of how much they hated it... But what Noelle is doing right now isn't that, yet. Who can understand the mind of a 3 year old? lol A few days ago, we were going through her night time routine and DH and I alternate who brushes her teeth, etc. So I asked her if she had brushed her teeth yet and she said, 'yes, I already DID brush my teeth.' But I was pretty sure she hadn't and sure enough, as I started to take her upstairs for bed, she strongly protested going because she hadn't brushed her teeth. I think maybe when she said, "But I already did" (which she says a LOT), maybe she means that she brushed them that morning or yesterday or last week or last night. lol Who knows.
LOL! I still have a TJ Maxx gift card from 2002. It has $20 on it. I think I'm going to see if I can find a bday present for Noelle with it, if they have those M&D cookie sets. I guess I just had this notion somewhere in my head for the past 10 years that I would need it for my daughter's bday present someday. lol
I also still have my college ID from my freshman year. I have a little credit card sized high school diploma. Why do I have these things? I swear I'm not a packrat, but I guess you never know when you might try to get a student rate from a card that is 16 years old. HOLY CRAP have I been out of high school for that many years??!?!?! Someone tell me my math is wrong.
Peg, Gweny and JD are pulling the whole no nap thing for me too.... It actually is chilly here (55) but sunny. It rained all day yesterday and a cold front of some kind moved in. So no outside time today.
Sorry, can't help but LOL... we'd so be going outside as long as it's 50 or higher (sometimes even lower if it's been too long lol). But if I lived in your neck of the woods, I'd probably wait for a nicer day, too. But I'm sure you remember we only get around 10 of those REALLY spectacular days every year, so we have to take advantage of the not so awful days. And you are BRAVE for giving up all that stuff!! I bet you are just in withdrawals and will probably feel much better in a few days...
So TJs has this amazing stuff called "Cookie Butter." Has the texture and look of peanut butter, but with no nuts and it tastes quite a bit sweeter. This stuff is crack in a jar, I'm sure of it. They were sampling it today and I bought 2 jars because it's nice to have the possibility of giving the boys a sandwich to eat (they're both allergic to nuts) if we're in a hurry. Someone mentioned that when it first came out shortly before Christmas, it FLEW off the shelves and they haven't been able to keep it in stock for more than a day ever since. no surprise. BUT on a whim, I checked it out on ebay when I got home and saw someone sold these jars for $10 EACH!!! (TJs sells them for $3). I think I might go buy a few more and list them. Isn't that awful of me? But it would be an easy way to supplement our income just a bit.... DH did our taxes last night and we made $10,000 LESS in 2011 than we did in 2010. We were both like, 1) no wonder we're having such a hard time right now! and 2) we can't believe we're actually surviving and putting food on the table with the peanuts we're making (no pun intended). lol
Crap, I just typed all that when I should have been eating lunch and now Micah is waking up. Gotta go.
So Ruth, what is the stuff?
Lying - Miles just actually started today. I walked in the room and his breakfast try was knocked over (with nothing on it) and "the wind blew through the window and knocked it over." I pushed a little while and told him that no matter what happened he wasn't going to get in trouble and after I pressed he eventually told me that he kicked it over. It wasn't like he was trying to get away with anything, I don't think. I'm not sure why he did it, but it was interesting how long he was sticking with his story, and how hard he was trying to convince me!!
Ruth, sorry about the eye opening tax forms. I remember that feeling a year or two ago when DH stopped working and our income dropped by $40000 - OUCH!
i have had no energy today!!!!!!!! just a big ole lump on a log........got the usual stuff done.....but seriously at a snails pace!!!!!!!
just flipped through the 5 magazines that were just piling up......didn't even have the attention span to read....just look......LOL!!!!! must be the thyroid meds.......LOL.....gotta blame something......can't be me being lazy......LOL!!!!!
peg......i have a michaels and ac moore basically across the street from each other .....one in the target complex, the other in with tj maxxs.........LOL!!!!!!! no hobby lobby.........can't even imagine the crafts we could be missing out on!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!
ruth....omg......we made about 10k less this year, too........for a family of 7 ........we are not far from the poverty level.....the level that the kids could be eligible for free/reduced lunch......but we do it.......barely, every month......LOL.......jan, feb, and march are usually our hardest months......2 down, only one more month before overtime picks up for dan.....poor guy
mel......sorry rick's not feeling well......hope it stays mild for you and jax.....
emily.......sorry miles is being a turd....
lying....abby is just like max.....he is a pathological liar..i'm at my wits end.....won't bore you with the detes.......but ya.....abby seems to be heading in that direction, just by being a bystander.......she spends a lot of time with max and i know he's corrupting her........slowly.......you know ...leaving his legacy..........grrrrrrr......ok.....must stop.......lol......
cristina......YAY for being fullterm!!!!!!!!! excellent milestone!!!!!!!!!!! oh the aches and pains that come along with it.....something you don't forget fast......i do hope you get to enjoy the last couple of days of being pregnant with baby boy!!!!!!! i tried to just keep my positive hat on when i was big preggo with jack and really uncomfy......
gonna go watch the lion king with the girls......hello to all that i missed!!!!!!! *BIG WAVES*
Colleen you reminded me about your meds I forgot to ask lol! When was the next time they wanted to check and maybe adjust them? I hope you have more energy tomorrow, but sometimes you just need to reeeeeeeee-lax!!!!
Emily c3po, lol because 55 here this time of year is beautiful outside weather lol! And I'm sorry about the no naps, come on kids, that's not cool!
msEmily ITA that it was probably the week off...after Colby was home sick for a week, that's when he was crying every day at drop off, carrying on, etc...and that lasted about 2 weeks. I think schedule changes just throw them for a loop, I hope things get back on track soon!
Peg, LOL at Ty! I'm so glad he's feeling better! And WTH with Steve and no swab???? Well, I guess it's a real good chance, but I can't believe they wouldn't check!
Ruth I just threw out yesterday my college ID, the pic was from freshman year....1990. Yah, can't be that long ago huh? HAHA! And do tell more about this cookie butter. I'd go for the ebay thing, supply and demand baby, you are just giving the people what they want!
Mel sorry you guys are feeling crappy! Ugh, great timing eh. Did you get all your tagging done? Was drop off tonight or this afternoon?
Karrie I think you said you guys are expecting snow...but that might have been from a long time ago lol! Either way, enjoy the snow, hope it's not too bad!
Lying here goes like this...Daphne has a toy that Colby snatches out of her hand, he gets in trouble for taking something out of her hand, he's crying that he was playing with it and SHE took it from HIM, sort of like Nicole described. He was playing with it, about 20 minutes prior. So partly I feel bad, because really like was also discussed, he has no concept of time...so to him I'm sure 20 minutes ago was JUST now in his mind. But he still gets in trouble anyway lol!
waving hello... been a crazy day
feeling like crap.. had a crown done today.. been running around all day and I am exhausted.
ugh...seriously....I had a long post and then viola...it's gone.
ugh...basically...we have internet again. Moved in. Looking for my camera...will post pics hopefully tomorrow.
Ugh..long time no talk... Hope everyone is doing good. BBL
So, Miles did the throwing up thing AGAIN this morning. This has been going on for more than a month now.
He coughs a lot and manages to work up...something. It's not like partially digested food. I'd call it a mixture of bile and mucous (gross, I know, but imagine it having on you, even grosser). It's always early in the morning when he does it (maybe 2 am at the earliest, 6 at the latest).
Calling the doc about it today, but any ideas? Reflux? This morning he is saying his tummy hurts but it doesn't always when this happens.
I do usually keep him home from school (or I've been lucky that it hasn't happened on a school day) but do you think it's warranted?
(Cause honestly, I've been up since 4:30 with cramps and I REALLY want to send him to school today, lol.)
I wouldn't keep him home for that. He isn't vomiting the contents of his stomach and small intestine. It does sound like reflux to me.
Emily, ditto what Mel said.
Can I take today off and just watch Downton Abby?
Agenda for today:
Story time at library.
Quick run to grocery store so I can get a few cheap cans of food to go to...
Panera for free soup in exchange for said cans of food.
Dinner at church and then choir rehearsal while DH has concert in Timbuktu.
Pick up kids by myself from nursery/church activity.
Put kids to bed by myself.
Yep, I think I want to just watch Downton Abby today.
Thanks for the advice. That's what I was thinking but wanted to make sure I wasn't totally off base.
But I decided to keep him home anyway. Called the pedi for advice since this is going on for awhile and they want me to bring him in. I think I have to see the one doc in the practice that I don't really like, too. Blah. Should've just sent him on to school.
I foresee a long day ahead. Filled with TV.
Ruth - Can I join you in watching Downton Abbey? I haven't quite decided if I'm in love with it yet, but also haven't had enough time to watch enough either.
ugh.......emily......i would probably send him.....since it's not the puke "bug"......sounds like he's full of congestion, and that is what is coming up.......poor guy.....and poor you.........that is pretty bogus to have to deal with over and over again......
ruth, the panera soup sounds good sorry about the crazy day.....and all.by.yourself......ugh......
mel....is today the drop off for the sale??
lucy's school is doing a week of Dr. Seuss activities in honor of his birthday....today was wacky wednesday.....this was lucy's outfit....LOL.......i didn't think it was so wacky.........LOL!!!!! she accessorized with a rainbow cupcake necklace and her new bracelet that she made.......LOL
So cute, Colleen!!!! Noelle has never really loved the Dr. Seuss books, but for some reason she is obsessed with Wacky Wednesday right now. I've read that book at least 15 times in the past week. lol I remember the first time we read it and there were just a few wacky things for the first few pages - each of which requiring a lengthy discussion - and then there were more and more wacky things as the book went on until we got to the end when there were 20 TWENTY and i just couldn't take it anymore!!! lol
Emily Ben did the puking at night thing. Turned out to just be reflux. I'd have sent him too, but seeing the dr can't hurt. We just had to live it out
Yes, drop off today. I can't believe I got as much entered as I did. I'd say I got 75% of what I wanted to put in done. I'll have to be satisfied with that considering I didn't have the weekend to work on it.
Soon, I will be back to being a respectable participant of this thread, I promise.
Craziness here. Gonna attempt early naps here again today. Wish me well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe be back at nap time if I decide not to clean.
I posted earlier and now I don't see it?
anyways cleaning.. and DH is home working...
Ruth I just started watching Downton Abby.. like it so far
just deep cleaning over here today, too!!!!!!! just went through the toy boxes........threw away a bag, bagged up all jacks little 6-18 month toys for my nieces baby....(after dishwashing or hand washing them all 1st) and then rearranged the toys boxes.......a box for cars, a box musical inst., a box for lucy's horsey stuff, a box for balls and misc. , a box for blocks........then i have an overflow toybox in the kids room with the bigger stuff.....
big clean out.....i love it!!!!!!
Colleen- love her wacky outfit.
Mel- we miss you
Ruth- what a busy day. Love Panera Bread.
Ugh. Miss you too Kat. Did I miss completed pics of the bedroom?
Colleen, That Wacky Wednesday outfit is AWESOME.
I have a splitting head pounding head ache. The weather here is INSANE. Sever Thunderstorms along with Tornado warnings all morning long LITERALLY less than 1/2 mile from my house in all FREAKING directions. there is this stupid system moving right over us, yet it keeps opening up and skirting around just this tiny little area where I happen to live. I don't quite understand it, it happens a lot whenever we get these nasty storms, it's almost kind of creepy the way it happens. But, anyhoo, it has created quite the little barometric pressure headache for me.
Hey Peg, where are you? Oh hanging with Twinks today. :bonkself: (whatcha wanna bet that emote is gone too?)
I didn't multi-quote and my memory is terrible right now, but here goes...!
Julie, are you still cleaning? Were you serious about the ILs bringing a truckload of stuff over (did I read that right?!)? Have yall made the official decision to move to Greenville, or just thinking about it?
Kerri, how are Ben and Belle feeling? Is Belle all better? I saw you did get the Tullah knot. I think that is a cute dress! Obviously. Since C is wearing it in my siggy pic.
Emily (ms) - I bet it is reflux. I never experienced it with Ella, but a lot of FPIES moms talked about their kids having severe reflux and vomiting and they correlated it to food allergies...any chance you can tie his vomiting to a certain food he ate? Let us know what the doc said. But I was also going to say if he's been feeling bad that is probably why he has been so clingy/not playing.
Kat, did you finish Josh's room? Seems like you may have posted pics. I'll have to go back and look. Did dh settle down this weekend? Hope you had some good girl time!
Ruth, as usual, I am tired reading your posts. We absolutely would not fare well if we made $10k less this year. I think selling the TJ's stuff is a great idea! Do it! Hope your day is going by quickly and they behave well for you at church tonight!
Nicole, how are you doing? Any word on your genetic testing?
Colleen, Lucy is SOO cute! And toys...ohhhh toys. I am almost of a mindset to get rid of all of our toys. They seriously annoy me. I have given away and given away and we still have an overabundance. And I sort them at least once a month and then they are all mixed up again. I'm not usually OCD about anything, but man, gets on my nerves!!!
Karrie, how much snow did yall get?
Kelly, you sound really busy too! How was the dentist yesterday? Hope dh isn't driving you batty at home!
Cristina, what's up? Are you still at work until Friday? Thinking of you always!
Hi Peggy!! :wavehello: Did you take Rick to Chick fil A yet?
Mel, glad you got a good chunk of your stuff consigned! It is a good feeling!
Hi Jan, if you're lurking! :wavehello:
Emily (c3), I hope your crew naps for you today. I know you need that. I would go bananas if mine didn't nap.
Speaking of - they are all three asleep for the time being. Love the quiet!
and re: C lying - funny, the only thing she's really lied about is peeing. And I'm not sure why, because she doesn't get treats for using the potty. But she will physically go into the bathroom, not pee, but stay in there for a second, and come back out and say "all done." Then when I ask her if she peed she will say yes initially, but upon further questioning say no and go back in there and pee...weird.
Anyway...sorry to everybody I missed.
Mel, you posted while i did my mega post. Sorry about the headache, but glad the storms are avoiding yall.
This has been the craziest winter for weather. It is supposed to be 80 degrees here tomorrow. BIZARRE!
And I meant to tell you that Cadence was sitting in my lap yesterday as I was scrolling through the BBB and it got to Jax's picture and she said, "awwwwwwwwwwww" lol I just thought it was cute and funny.
So, everything is hung/tagged/pinned/bagged etc and loaded in my car. I'm done.
I should be responding to a scathing email from TweedleDumb, but I just don't have the energy. I think I'm coming down with what the boys had. Do you guys know that EVERY.SINGLE.YEAR at precisely this time, the last of Feb/first weekend of March we are always sick? I'm dead seriously. For 4 years in a row now. And know how I know this? Because it always corresponds with the stupid consignment sale and this sale is always the first weekend in March. The first year, Jaxon was 11 months old and got sick for the very first time with croup. The year after that it was the same thing, another croup illness for him. Last year Abby and Jax both had RSV and now this year we all have some funky intestinal bug.
Colleen Lucy is SO CUTE! Hee hee love her pose!!!!!! I don't think it's that wacky either it's adorable! Yipppeeee for a big clean!!! Purging can feel so good! I think after all this mess, I'm set to live a life where if I had to pack up the house and move in a heartbeat, I could...not that I ever want to do that, just that all the extra crap we have accumulated is TOO MUCH!!!
Kat, yes, did you finish Josh's room all the way?
Ruth, good luck with everything today! Mmmm soup!!
Mel sorry about the headaches, those are the worst, nothing helps! Good job getting all you wanted to just about tagged!
Candace seriously LOL about Cadence lying about peeing! What a silly thing to make up! Oh we are definitely moving, but it'll be a long process. Right now just cleaning out junk from the house....4 long bed truck loads so far to the dump! This is a lot of stuff I SHOULD be bringing to goodwill, etc. For the funiture I want to get rid of, I'll ask around to see if someone wants it first though. Anyway, we need to sell the land we have up here first to cover closing/realtor costs, while that's happening get things in order here, do cosmetic things to get people interested (new bathroom floors, paint kitchen/den, new storm door, new carpet upstairs, stage the house by putting everything but necessities in storage, etc)...if selling the land takes longer than 4 months, probably just go ahead and list the house if it's in order, since it'll probably take at least 6-12 months to sell with this still crappy market. HAHA sorry, I think that's WAY more than you asked for, lol!
Emily I agree it could be reflux with Miles, especially since it sounds like it's happening once he's been lying down. KUP!
Kelly have fun cleaning!
Cleaned this morning, going back to every two weeks for both houses...takes the same amount of time every weeks or every two weeks...either it's clean or it's not. So I'd like to get more money for working less hours by doing it every two weeks lol!
Julie, Good luck with your house selling adventure. My niece goes to college ion Greenville SC. If you make it there within the next 3 years, there's a good possibility I'll actually get to meet you.
I have a Boston Butt in the crock. Going to have pulled pork for dinner.
Oooo cool Mel! If we aren't there in 3 years, I'd POP lol! Does she go to Furman or Bob Jones? Awww, noooo I'm sorry you are getting that intestinal crap, come onnnn! Did you say you are volunteering? Is this the one you don't have to volunteer if you don't want to?
Hey for the new page Mel and Candace post to sell on FB, the pig thing, have you guys been able to upload photos to the new page?? I've got a small file, just trying to upload one stinkin pic, and it's just hanging there for-ever.
NM, I just refreshed the page to try again, and this time it did upload while it still looked like it was trying to lol!
Bob Jones. She's the third of three girls to go there. At first I thought it was ridiculous, they are extremely STRICT, have very RIGID rules. When my first niece went I was appalled at some of the rules. However, now that I actually have my own girl, I'm liking those rules.
facebook does that upload crap to me all the time no matter what group or page I'm trying to upload to. If it hangs up, I've learned to just cancel and start it over.
Are they still not allowed to hold hands, be alone, etc, with the opposite sex? Yep, Hmmm, Miss D would get in state tuition by the time that rolls around, and I'd let you use our address if you would also like to finagle in state tuition lol!!!
