lol. I'm not one to ask...my girls both spent about 95% of their babyhood in cotton sleepers, even during the day. Fiona has been 'dressed up' about a handful of times in her life.

You'll get lots of good advice though, I know we have some super amazing shoppers on Ap08.

I really really dont want to burst your 'girl' bubble....

My recommendation is to hold off until she is born before you buy to many pink things.....

My reason: My sister was told about two or three times from the doctor after and u/s that she was having a girl. She picked out the girl name, had her baby shower and received so many many cute girl things. She was having a girl and she would not listen to me about getting unisex or even picking out a boy name.........just in case the u/s were wrong.

When the baby was born, they were not prepared at all for when the doctor turned the baby over and saw boy parts. It was not a girl, it was in fact a BOY....... The poor kid didnt have a name for two or three days. She had to return all the girl stuff and buy boy stuff.

I so dont want to be the negative one, I just wanted to suggest to hold off on buying too many things...................................

In light of what Kristi said, I would recommend neutral onesies and sleepers to start. Like Jordan, I kept babies in those most of the time when they were very small, and they can be white or yellow (for spit up and poop stains) until you are certain about the pink.

Whatever you do...DON'T look on Etsy! I could spend $1000's over there, there's so much cute girly stuff!

I think, after your U/S experiences...more than just the average peek, one was for a study, right?...you're pretty safe in buying pink. Smile

yes the 2nd one was for study .. They had 1 hour and 45min to look at her.
before they started they spent 10min looking at toilet shots nothing as far as boy parts.
then after they were done they had time to play so they went at it again 20-25min and she said i'm so sorry i just don't see anything that will say boy.
I had 3 boys and It just dont look nothing like theirs at all

I don't know how to interpret u/s pics, but I'm sure they were right. Smile

Little girls don't need anything special. Just lots of pink! Wink Hehe. Okay, not even that. Sounds like you are off to a great start with the hairbows. Maybe some little lightweight receiving blankets in pretty girly patterns, or a nice set of burp clothes!

Have fun!

Did I mention that I love your name choice! Wink

bows, tights, shoes, dresses, colors pink & purple!! Girly pacifiers, rattles, etc! I caution you -- girls cost more just because you have so many more cute options - even DH agrees with that Smile
