We decided that it was too much effort to keep up with the posting and support daily and then keeping points. We decided to just open a support thread here for those who were working out or wanting support!!
AF is over and started a new pack of pills.......I am not getting off no matter what DH says about the water retention.
So now working out until the cruise. I am thinking of getting Jilllians Trouble Zones and possibly Ripped in 30!!
I tried other TV programs and Zumba, but I just dont have the coordination for those moves with three or four steps. Even though Jillian is brutal, she has simple basic moves that I can follow.
Will get swimsuits mid/late june. That gives me almost one full month more of working out before that happens.
So I just ordered three more videos for variety. I am getting kind of burnt out on the 30 Day Shred!!!!!

Good for you, Kristi!! Jillian is brutal, but it works!! I've done level 1 of 30 day shred a couple of times this week (on Demand). I don't have hand weights so I'm just doing the moves without weights and I could barely take off my shirt this morning!! I can't imagine if I actually added weights! And push ups...I'm a total wimp. I did them against a wall yesterday because I couldn't do them on the floor. How sad is that? Yes I have absolutely no upper body strength.
I am still having to do them on my knees. My upper body strength is not improving as fast as I had hoped. I may start trying to do them upright and see if that helps any.
There are a few moves with the weights that I still have a little trouble doing, but I push thru.
Counted and today is actually the 28st day I have actually done anything (not in a row). I started April 4th. It seems like I have been working out FOVEVER.
Kristi, I have the banish fat, boost metabolism, and no more trouble zones! One of them I REALLY like, but for the life of me can't remember which one at the moment! Forgot I had them actually lol!
I need to get back on it! Sadly, my food has been much better lately, so I am losing without the exercise.
BUT. I put on a swimsuit today. ya right. LOL. no. Must workout immediately.

I am falling to peices. My wrist is hurting (old freaking injury) so I wrap that, then the top of one of my knees has been hurting, so that is wrapped. My lower back hurts me on and off but I just do what exercises that dont hurt it much.......getting older SUXS!
My mom, aunt, sister, and cousin are all overweight. My oldest aunt is just tiny, but the rest of them.......My mom and aunt both need their knees replaced. They are in their upper 50s and very out of shape. It is bad, but I see them and think "I dont want that to be me if I make it to their age" That is a huge part of my motivation to get into and stay into shape.
so off to workout even if the desire to do so is not there.
I cant wait for my new videos and variety...getting way burnt out....must.....keep....exercising!!!!!!!
My new DVDs came in the mail today.....wooot!!!!!!!!!!!
Now to work out a work out schedule. They are longer videos too!!!
alright, pretty much 12 days till we leave.
I just bought a 3 lb hula hoop and then also a 'sweat' band to go around my waist.....
short of a tummy tuck, I am willing to try anything to get rid of some of this baby belly.
The lady at big 5 told me that 'sweat' band would help burn the 'surface' fat and the reason my belly hasnt gone down is that I am building muscle beneath all that fat and it is pushing it out and I need to burn (or sweat) it off......hey it 10 bucks....worth a try.

I agree Kristi!!! before/and after pictures really help because sometimes when you aren't losing the weight you are losing the inches!!!!!

I start week 4 of Turbo Fire today! I have been using the weighted gloves on my workouts! wow! can't even believe how sore my arms have been, but I am feeling the difference in them already! my body is shrinkinggggggg!
In november I was barely fitting into a size 16, and now a size 10 is too big

I have not worked out since last Wednesday. So today I am determined to start up again. Cheyenne is saying she is cold and it is going to be 90+today.......she is weird.

This is from yesterday.. Workout was Fire 55 EZ... 55 minutes of nonstop cardio plus two 73 second fire drills...WOW!
These weighted gloves don't weigh much but when you have them over your head and doing punches for 55 minutes.... ouchhh
