Thread: Is it any easier??

Is there an easier way to post photos other than uploading to photobucket, resizing (hoping its right size), getting code, pasting it here?

If you have them on FB you can right click, copy and then paste it here. I do that sometimes.

Huh, I always post from photobucket and they don't ever seem too big. But I didn't know about the FB thing! Cool to know that trick!

ooo I didn't know about the FB trick either. Does it matter if album/ photo settings are private though? I get so worn out with the saving the photobucket, resizing, etc..... just seems to take FOREVER!

I didn't know about FB either! WOW! I have photobucket on my phone so all of my phone pics automatically upload and they seem to be around the right size...depending on what I need them for.

You can copy and paste a pic from any website to here. I've tried it directly from my computer, but it doesn't work that way for me. Since you are pasting the picture directly (as opposed to linking it) you FB privacy settings don't matter. Just right click, copy and then paste it here. I have a private album on my FB just for that. If I do use photobucket I'll sometimes resize the pic before uploading since Photobucket can be a b*tch about waiting a long time to actually show the edits made in it.

You need to right click on "Copy Image URL" on facebook, although it may say something slightly different if you are using a different browser from me. I'm using Chrome. Then copy the URL over here into the message box. And put [ URL ] before the link, and [ /URL ] after the link just without the spaces. Or use the "Insert Image" option above the message box which will do that automatically for you once you provide the URL.

Maybe it's different in different browsers but I just straight click on "Copy" and then paste it here. I use IE and just checked, mine doesn't even give the option to copy the url. I guess it's different depending on the browser.

I'm so doing the FB trick now. I didn't know about that at all!! Maybe now I can get some baby belly pics up!
