Default Baby not moving and just not feeling right

I realllly dont want to freak myself out, so please someone give me some reassurance!!

I havent felt LO moving since late yesterday afternoon when she had the hiccups. Other than that, I had a few BH contractions last night. I didnt even feel her at all when I went to bed last night and she always is very active. I know that she's running out of room, but shouldnt I feel something?? My stomach just doesnt even feel as big and "pregnant feeling" (for lack of better description).

Instead of my appointment being this week, (last every two week appointment) I have my last every two week appointment next week, so I still have another week to wait to see her and here her heartbeat, which is a bit nerve wracking!

Since I'm a FTM I have no idea what's going on and if this is normal. I'm also hoping that as I submit this, baby will start moving!

Being a FTM, I don't have much experience to give you advice, but I don't think it would hurt to call and ask your Doctor

drink a cup of COLD water or juice and lay on your left side. I would call your dr right away and let them know that there is lack of movement. If at all possible lay down and count any movement. Usually they like 10 in two hours. Please keep us updated!!

Drink something cold or a soda and lay on your left side. That is what was recommended to me by my OB with I was pg with DD and concerned about lack of movement. If after that you don't get 4 kicks in an hour, so get it checked out. My motto is always 'better safe than sorry'. I don't think there is anything wrong with going to get checked out and finding out that nothing is wrong at all. That reassurance is better than spending the next weeks stressing about it. KUP.

    *Lurker* Call your Dr. now
Drink/eat something with some sugar in it and lay on your left side. Your Dr should have you doing kick counts. Depending on each office they normally like you to feel between 5 and 10 movements in an hr.

I drank half a cup of soda about 15 minutes ago and I'm feeling some kind of movement, not her usual movement though, it almost just feels like gas bubbles. I think I'll give it another 30 minutes or so and see what happens. She was breech last appointment, do you think she could've turned?

Like the others have said, I would call the doctor. I would also have a glass of a sweet beverage with ice and see if that gets her moving. like orange juice or apple juice. Maybe laying down with your feet up would help too, so you can concentrate on her movements.

She could have turned. Have you been able to just lay on your side and just feel for some movement? I like to drink a small glass of juice and it usually doesn't take very long to get them in.

I think they just start to get in a pattern of sleeping / moving a bit right now, I know my LO is most active like 20 minutes after I eat something.

Calling your doc about the change in frequency might help ease your worries and it should be noted either way!

Yes I've been laying on my side for about 30 minutes, after drinking a half a glass of soda. She is moving now, kinda like rolling around. I'm gonna monitor her movements for a little while longer, but I think I'm gonna call the dr in a little bit just for some reassurance.

I would call just to let them know what you are experiencing and they can take note of it!!
