Thread: Being sick and prego = no fun!

For the past few days I started feeling a cold coming on and by yesterday I literally felt like I was on my death bed. Luckily my Dr. is allowing me to take Robitussin; it's a total lifesaver! I feel about 80% better than yesterday! It's so easy to take for granted the medicine you can take when you're not pregnant, cuz I would've been ODing on the NyQuil and feeling a hundred times better by now! LOL

I totally agree being pregnant and sick is the worse. Glad you found something you could take, I hope you feel 100% soon.

YUCK! I'm glad the robitussin is helping! I've been fighting a head cold off and on all winter and totally miss my drugs!

Ugh I hate being sick during pregnancy. I'm glad you have found relief though! Both my girls are getting sick and I'm hoping they don't give it to me lol. The one has been coughing and sniffling since Saturday and the other just started the nose running yesterday. I guess I'll see if I get it this week ha.

Anyway, hope you get better soon! It's never fun being sick and even worse during pregnancy when you're limited on what you can take!

Sorry you are sick. Agreed that sick while preg. is no fun at all. Glad there is something you can take to help.
