Iv posted before but iv gotten different guesses lol
Is this the cord ?
It's way to thick to be a 'penius' & it looks nothing like my other boys ultrasounds.
I find out for sure on Thursday (:
Thanks in advance !!
I don't have a picture of my boy's goods because they didn't give us one (shakes fist) so I can't compare it to your picture.
However, I do remember when the technician showed me the cord, she changed the machine to show where the blood was running through it. Did yours do that?
I wouldn't think that the cord would be that low, but then again you never know with how flexible our LOs are!
Also, our technician pointed out exactly where the scrotum and penis were when she did the u/s. Ha ha mine was wide legs just letting everything hang out!
Two days and you get to find out!!! Hopefully they can tell you then!
No they didn't do any of that , they told me boy at first then they said girl bc theirs no scrotum or anything and it's prob. The cord & theirs 3 obvious lines then it was undesisave so I go back Thursday for another scan lol
I posted my u/s pic before too, but here it is again if you want to use it for comparison.
I think they look similar, but I know in your last post there was some difference of opinion. I'm certainly no expert, so I'll be super excited to find out your results on Thursday!!
I've got 4, soon to be 5 sons and I'm pretty sure that's not the cord, but indeed the goods.
Depending on angle, it can look very different but I do believe that to be a boy.
We're having our third boy, and I would say that looks like boy parts to me too!!!
I'm pregnant with my 3rd boy and I would completely agree that that is a boy. I will post pics of this LO because I have a pic of the cord and a pic of the goods and trust me when I say this, I am 100% sure that is a little boy part.
This is the little boy goods.
This is the placenta. It's really hard to see it but right in the middle you can see a faint cord going to the baby.
With how close the part in question is to the body and how low it sits, I would be surprised if they told you you were having a girl. The placenta/cord isn't as solid looking in u/s as the actual body as you can see by my second picture. It looks different than the baby's body. More grainy and almost not solid.
It's Not a boy ... It's a Girl .... So what could that be ? This was from 16 weeks & we got confirmed girl at 20 .... I was just curious about what it was ... The dr said it was just swollen girl parts because it's not their any more lol
Since you said your dr said her genitals were swollen I researched it and this is what I found.
"When doing ultrasound, we're working really hard to be able to tell a parent the sex of their baby earlier and earlier. The problem is that the earlier you are told the more likely the ultrasound technician is to be wrong. Ultrasound before 18 weeks runs this risk because the genitals of boys and girls are easily mistaken, namely because the clitoris is roughly the size of the penis at this stage."
That's probably what happened. But wow, I really thought it looked like "man junk" lol.
Here's the website and it provides a pic too if you want to compare!
That's crazy lol thank you !
Sweet I was right!
Congrats on your girl !
Wow! That's crazy!! Congrats on your girl!

WAhoooo!!! Congrats on your girl!!!
