I decided to go to urgent care today, since I've been coughing, and my newly-returned energy has been draining fast the last few days, and a whole bunch of other stuff going on. I have been debating whether it was worth the trip, since I don't have a fever or any other super risky symptoms. It turns out I have the early stages of bronchitis and reactive airway syndrome (read: pretty much low-key asthma). I guess it was worth the trip, because it was guaranteed to become full-blown bronchitis. No thanks! I think the biggest factor was not taking my regular allergy medication because of pregnancy, but I am hoping my OB will be OK with me taking it again. My allergies kick my butt!
Im totally with you on this. I have asthma that i can control normally. My allergies are somewhat another issue ive never understood. I have a horrible cough as well as DS. I hope you feel better soon hun
I had bronchitis in March. It sucked! Ha, I didn't even know it was coming on because I thought it was allergies. Then one morning I woke up and was gasping for air and my nose kept filling up so I couldn't breath out. Ha, it felt like someone was sitting on my chest. Luckily I wasn't pregnant yet.
Anyway, I'm glad you're okay and that you got it taken care of so early on! I hope you have a fast recovery!!!
