Exercise and eating well

How is everyone doing with this? Are you Finding time or struggling?

I finished my couch to 5k program in August and have continued to run. In September I ran two 5k races and am now planning on running a 10k in November. My long term goal is to do a Try a tri in the spring. It feels so good to feel like I have my body back. I am still nursing, so have not really dieted. Plan to start weight watchers once I am done nursing (which hopefully will be March if not sooner). I have lost about 10lbs by running but still have about 25lbs to go.
I would never thought I would be able to run 5k a year ago but am so excited I can!

Just wondering how everyone else is feeling about their bodies right now?

Not too much exercise going on here. Still struggling with motivation ha ha. I have an ab thing I use every once in a while. I wish we had a treadmill and then I would be on that thing. I was suppose to get one for free but the lady never messaged me back about it so I'll just look elsewhere.

We have a lot of exercise stuff, but it's in our garage and honestly, I'm scared of my garage lol. I fear the roaches lol.

Hope everyone is doing well!

well I had signed up for 3 races in 3 weeks. First two were 5k and the last was a 10. Well ran the first one extremely hilly and my time is about 8min slower than my pre-Adam Sad Sad. Then the following week I had to get dh to run for me since it was the Run for the Cure and the first day Adam started to get sick and needed to be wrapped a lot. Finally I had to defer the 10k to next year, had to go to a funeral that day. Obviously wasn't happy about reason but def not sad I had to postpone. I hadn't run more than 5 this year sigh so I was not looking forward to the 10.

Weight is starting to drop, about 8lb from pre-Adam then another 8 from my lowest

Wow! Way to make me feel like crap! I started just working out 2 months ago and then that petered out. I haven't done much of anything and have no motivation. I'd like to be able to run a 5K one of these days. I am so very out of shape. I even have a home gym, but with 2 small kids, it's impossible for me to get in there and do it. I ALWAYS get interrupted and I can't leave DD alone with Kole because she's liable to poke his eyes out or something.

We are also going through some extremely stressful circumstances right now and it makes everything super hard.

Was it the Run for Grapes? Becuase I did that one and it was crazy hilly as well.

Do not feel bad, the only reason I have been able to do anything is becuase I have had a great group of people encouraging me and inspiring me. I totally get the DD poking DS thing, Sarah "loves" Emma just a bit too much and always lends up hurting her. Plus when life is stressful those things take priority. When things settle down (and I hope for you they do soon), you can think about getting back at it.
