After reading Nicole (Dixiemom) starting week3 of couch to 5k program (WTG) and myself just getting clearance to start up again I thought maybe others were working on either losing weight or even just getting back to pre-preg mode.
I thought I'd start a thread to keep us accountable (or maybe just myself)
