How are you feeling?

So what are you feeling like these days? Any symptoms of impending labor? Feeling good, tired, pressure, like something is getting ready to happen, or like absolutely nothing is happening?

If you don't know exactly when your LO will be born, do you think you will go early, late or about on time?

I know I have my 2.5 days left, and I HIGHLY doubt anything would happen before then, since I don't dilate. I do know that my back and feet are getting increasingly miserable, and I can only tolerate so much time standing, or in one position. Lots of lower pelvic pressure, and some random uncomfortable contractions, especially when I over-do it physically. Laying in bed is miserable.

Also, my newest symptom is my chest is getting REALLY swollen, uncomfortable, etc. DH was trying to massage my back today, to help with that pain, and I was sitting on a dining chair and leaning with my chest on the back of the chair, and OMGoodness not one position was comfortable. In some ways, I am SO ready to be done with all of these symptoms and meet my little one, but I don't look forward to the c-section recovery. *blah*

I had some crampy contractions Friday, but those came and went Sad

My most annoying problem is my hands. They swell really bad and I loose feeling in them. They also hurt terribly! Not something that happened last time. Docs seem to think it will all go away after he comes. I'm wondering if it might not be carpel tunnel.

My feet are also swelling really bad. Have to put them up multiple times a day. Doesn't matter how much water I drink or how little sodium I eat, they just swell.

I'm just tired all around. Can't sleep and ready to meet my little boy!! Hoping when I go to the doc tomorrow I've progressed more than the 3cm and 8% I've been sitting at for 2 weeks.

I am just plain miserable, I was diagnosed with sever hypertension and they are keeping a very close eye on me for Pre-E. I am showing all of the early signs. There is a possibility I will be induced next week due to my BP and they put me on BP meds but so far they aren't working.

I'm actually feeling surprisingly good... Just trying to decide where to take my little ones for a hike today. We are having the first few days of sunshine, and my three little ones are just dying to get outside. Trying to find a balance between interesting hike for them and still keeping it to only a couple kms. Luckily we have lots of options in our city! So far worst syptom continues to be heartburn... I have taken to cleaning up toys by sitting and working my way across the room, instead of standing and bending over, but getting very excited to meet the baby!!!

I'm hitting the exhaustion point. Not really ready to be done but my body is sooo slowing way down. A few cramps and such here and there but nothing I would complain too much about. I also think my hips are splitting apart because its getting near impossible to roll from one side to the other in bed at night. I've been extra tired for sure and extra extra hungry even if I can't actually fit any food in there.

I think I'll got very close to my EDD or beyond. I'm in no hurry to be done yet!

LOL. I have that symptom too, and you are only at 34 weeks!

I'm pretty sure that I'll go close to or past my EDD, even though I'm ready for him anytime. The labor symptoms I've had is random BH, I've dropped, and I've recently been going through a pretty intense nesting phase. Other than that I've got nothing. Every time I get a BH I keep hoping it'll lead to more significant and regular contractions. No luck on that one so far.

My other kids have been late...so I am trying to remember that I'm in this for the long haul, but I am so ready to be done!!! Last week, I was feeling great and overdid things. I think I turned a corner where my body decided to give up. Lots of BH ctx, pressure, hips hurting. I want sidebars on my bed for mobility purposes!

I would *love* to have her before (or even on) the due date!

As far as symptoms, I'm having a couple real contractions scattered in with the braxton hicks. Today I was calling bingo numbers at work and had a couple contractions, haha! I could still talk through them, so I don't think the vets noticed anything. I was swaying and saying "B-9. I-23."

And I lost some of my mucus plug this morning, which I have never done before. I never though I'd be so happy to see a big gross gob of mucus!! And there is no one else with whom I can share my excitement. Lol

Im in pain.. Nothing like my son what so ever. I get horrible leg/thigh cramps still. Im at the point where my body is done but im not does that make since. I love being pregnant and enjoy creating a miracle but they are right when they say it gets harder on the body. I also fell yesterday at the zoo and that just made everything seem worse on the pain scale. Other wise im good haha

As much as I want this guy to stay in and grow as much as possible - I personally am done too. This pregnancy is nothing like the one with my DD, which was great. Right now, I'm so uncomfortable, exhausted, and sometimes in pain. If I get up after sitting or lying down for a while, I can't walk without clutching everything around me for support. Crazy. I've given up being positive, I'm just trying not to whine too much and just get through these last 3-4 weeks (that seems so long still!).

I've also decided to stop stressing out about work. I have a few more must-do items to cross off, once they're done, if I need to take it easy and take leave early, whatever, c'est la vie. We'll deal without the paychecks one way or the other (I don't get maternity leave and only have about 2.5 weeks of leave accumulated, so I'll be without pay for a couple of months).

I'm at the point of being done too. I've been in constant pelvic pain since the babe dropped 3 weeks ago. I also can't walk when I get up from sitting, no matter how short the period of time. Turning over in bed brings tears to my eyes. The only saving grace is that the heartburn that's been plaguing me since week 6 is fully gone. But it makes sense, since the bowling ball has been logged in my vagina for a while now Blum 3

BH contractions that are painful are annoying me too. Getting my hopes up just to peter out when I finally get to sleep at night. I'm almost done regardless though. Monday is the magical day.

Yeah, I know! It is very daunting to think of how done I feel and how long I still have left! I think my "doneness" has a lot to do with my tendency to over do it, though! Its really easy to do with a 3 1/2 yo and 2 yo!

One word: Awful.

With my son I was a happy preggo and could have stayed pregnant for several more months. This time I am DONE. I never understood women who complained and wanted their babies out early until now. I can't sleep at night because as soon as I lay flat acid starts pouring up my throat. During the day I'm popping Tums like candy. I'm running out of diabetes friendly foods that I'm not sick of.

I'm also anxious to find out who is in there.

I feel great!! The last two days I have felt energized and I am moving around great. My only complaints are I wake up at least 3 times to pee at night, and then any time I have to roll over I wake up because I have to heave myself to the other side. I've got a little bit of pelvic sensitivity, but I wouldn't really call it pain.

I don't think this baby is coming any time soon!! Though I would not be disappointed if she would decide to come at any moment!! Oh! I have been leaking colostrum randomly, but that's about it!

well came home tonight to a pretty sick ds Sad so that's making me feeling much worse sigh hate seeing lil' monkey sick.
I have 8 more work days left (last day is a week Thurs), since I sit for an hr on the train then walk 2km (then repeat going home) i'm looking forward to work being done. I'll be full term just a few days after work is over I'll be happy if he comes early. 38w would be awesome haha

can't comment on signs, i've had many of them on/off for weeks now and since I had them with ds and even walked around 3cm for almost 3 weeks I won't get too excited. I have my 36w appt next Tuesday hopefully they'll see if I'm dialated at all (will be really disappointed if I'm not since I was 2cm with ds at my 34w appt haha)

Feeling very much done here. I've had major reflux for the past week or two, so that's definitely getting old. My belly is just so huge that I really can't get comfortable in any type of sitting position. Laying on my side is about the only time I feel comfortable. Despite all the discomfort, my energy levels have been decent, so I'm grateful for that! I've started to have period-like cramps off and on the last few days, which I don't recall having with my first pregnancy. Makes me hopeful that things might be progressing!! DD came 4 days late and I am PRAYING this one is more timely than that!!

Well Ive had nothing to complain about all day, until now. My ribs feel like they're being pushed out of my sides, and little one is taking up the space in between my boobs and top of my stomach. I can barely get off the couch now so I've resorted to just sitting at the counter on a bar stool. I'm still waiting for her to turn too; it's become a bit nerve wracking.

Is she breech? Did I miss a post somewhere? I hope she turns for you!

Anna, I think I posted something about it in my update from last week. Thank you, I hope she turns too! This hospital I'm going to unfortunately automatically schedules a c-section at 39 weeks if baby is still breech.

This is exactly what happened to me with DD. So hopefully, she will turn for you and soon. Have you asked about doing a version to get her turned. Sometimes chiropracters have techniques they can use too. I'v also heard that a flashlight at the bottom of your belly can help, along with a cold compress at the top. You can probably find other techniques online too. KUP on what you find out at your next appointment.

I feel horrible! I seriously feel like my crotch is about to split in two, my heartburn is HORRIBLE, and I'm worried about what direction baby is sitting (I swear I mostly feel kicks on the side or down below) GRRRR....I think I might be ready to have this baby.
