So I got my back pain fixed up and optimistically hopped on the treadmill after work today to test out my abilities. I had a little twinge when I was walking (that later turned to discomfort), but oddly, I felt great running. I didn't go far or long, but I was really hopeful at the end of my workout.
However ... now that I'm home, my back is SO sore and achy. I'm so bummed. Running is one of the only things that makes me feel better sometimes (my mom passed away recently) and I'm so disappointed to have to give it up - but I feel like it's probably best for baby for me to find other ways to exercise. More yoga for me it seems!
Anyone else in my boat? I'm so jealous of you girls who can still run without discomfort!
