Looks like ill be waiting till the 23rd of April to meet my little Princess
Had my 37 week appt and was checked. There is no dilation and doc said her head is up high!! Im really nervous to be honest, hubby wont be getting the 2 weeks off that he requested. They say a week now, hopefully he can talk to them and make them realize that a week just isnt going to do it. Other than that things are going as well as could be expected. Im sure im going to have a 9lb baby by the time she arrives, Oh and the grinding pain in getting down below is very painful!! All the walking and BH have done nothing for me lol
At least you know exactly when you get to meet her! Hopefully DH can get more than one week off after she's born. Esp since at least a day or two you'll be in the hospital recovering. However, if he's not able to, I'm sure you'll be able to do it. When my DH went back to work I was scared of handling all 3 kids by myself, but now that I've done it, it's not bad...I just don't go out very long with the 3 of them lol.
Only 10 more days until you get to hold her in your arms!

Angel, are you in the states? Your DH can get off 12 weeks under FMLA if he wants to (unpaid). My DH took off 6 weeks when I had DD via c/s. If you are having a c/s, you WILL need the help! Especially with other kids running around.
I hope it goes well. These days will fly by faster than you realize.
I am sorry! Never know anything could happen between now and then! My husband was only able to take off 1 week after Peyton was born due to me being in the hospital for a week prior to having the baby and him having to take off a week to care for our kids. Hopefully they will allow him to take a few more days to help you out. I have never had a c-section so can't imagine what the recovery is like for one though.

That isn't always the case. Not all companies have to allow FMLA, if they do not meet certain criteria. My husband works for one of the biggest rock blasting companies in the world but they have each site set up individually so they do not have more then 50 employee's at any site just so they do not have to allow FMLA.
awww sorry to hear all those bh and pressures aren't moving things along
Nice to have a date set though, hopefully dh's work will come through and he'll get 2 weeks

They are going to let him take the 22nd to may 3rd off We cant really afford FMLA(unpaid leave) other wise we would. These days are going to go fast, and then im going to wish they went a little slower lol
