    Default Starving!!

This whole pregnancy, once I got past the terrible morning sickness, I have not been able to eat full meals. All of a sudden today, I'm starving every couple of hours!!! I hope this isnt something that's going to last the rest of the pregnancy, cuz I'm gonna chunk up!!

I have always had that in waves. This time around, I am craving different foods (my first suspicion this one's a boy and not a girl like the first two). I just get nauseated and NOTHING sounds good, and then all of a sudden I'm telling my husband that I feel like I could eat anything that comes my way. I like to make sure I'm feeding the craving (like if you want ice cream, you might just need calcium).

I've been like that this whole pregnancy. I have days where I just feel like I can't get enough to eat. At my appointment today the nurse was writing down my weight on my chart and then said, "Well, Thanksgiving was good to you!" Gee, thanks.

I haven't had a huge appetite that seemed bigger than my usual one...except the past few days I would wake up starving and I would eat all day long. The one day I had a big bowl of cereal, a banana, a huge apple, 2 granola bars, a bunch of water, and a sandwich all within an hour before I finally felt full. Then a few hours later I had a huge dinner, and then about 2 hours after that a night "snack". Ha ha I think this little boy won't be so little! LOL!

However, today I have gone back to the nothing sounds good phase. And nothing tastes very good either.

Eh I never know what to expect in the morning so I guess I shall see. Oh and I've already gained 15-20 lbs this pregnancy!

I went through this a couple weeks ago. It lasted 2 weeks where I couldn't eat enough at each sitting. NOW I'm full really fast so not only do I eat my meals but I snack all the time because I don't get enough during the meal! I have a feeling I'm going to start gaining pretty quickly.

I totally have the non-stop eating/starving thing during a big growth spurt. It happened like the middle of the 1st trimester, the week I started showing, and again now. Both of the last 2 times with huge noticeable changes in my belly. Between those times though I was having a hard time eating cause nothing sounded good and I would be done/full like 3 bites into a meal.

I go through spouts. I try to reign it in though and semi keep to a GD diet, even though I haven't been diagnosed with it.
