Past few days, everything has been crazy salty to me! I only ever eat Skippy Natural peanut butter (tastes the best to me) because it has so few ingredients. Yesterday, went and had some with my banana and couldn't stand it! Had to wipe the banana clean. Today, I had a Laughing Cow cheese wedge with my breakfast and barely stomached it. Talk about salt.
These are 2 things that I eat rather regularly, so what the heck?! So far the only things I've noticed as we don't do much in the way of processed food anyway.
