Decided to mosey on over to the Birth Boards today... Smile

Breakfast was a Slim Fast bar and cantaloupe chunks
Lunch was a cream cheese, raisins, & walnuts wrap with a big salad
Snack was another Slim Fast bar and a cup of milk

Dinner will be chicken breast, brown rice, asparagus, and probably yogurt with blueberries. Smile

What are you planning for dinner?

I was going to make meatloaf but now I'm craving Indian!

What was for breakfast and lunch?

For breakfast I had what I have almost everyday. I had scrambled eggs, bacon and strawberries.

For lunch I had a giant salad but now I'm hungry again.

I need some inspiration!

I had yogurt for breakfast (I'm really bad about eating breakfast)

And rice, black beans, grilled chicken, pico de gallo and a little shredded cheese mixed together for lunch.

I have no clue for dinner! Although Indian sounds good (My husband is Indian so we go through a lot of curry!)

Not too sure what is for dinner....we are going to a friend and her husband's house for dinner.

Breakfast- Yogurt, granola, dates and bananas.........and a little bit of egg with chorizo

Lunch- Leftover homemade chicken enchiladas.

***Ok so I know breakfast sounds like a lot, but I will pass on some diet advice I got from someone: "Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a begger."***

I'm more of a 5 or 6 small meals a day person, so:

What are you planning for dinner?

Orange Chicken Cous-Cous. SUPER yummy and easy and healthy. Basically, cous-cous, a little chicken bouillon, fresh parsley, mandarin oranges and shredded chicken breast. With broccoli.

What was for breakfast and lunch?

1st meal: 2 scrambled eggs
snack: banana and protein bar
Lunch: Spinach salad with grilled chicken, feta cheese, and raspberries
snack: Atkins protein shake and raw carrots.

Last snack before bed will probably be a small apple and a tbsp. of peanut butter.

prework meal: gold fish crackers + tea
dinner: grilled chicken, salad, cottage chz + tea
afterdinner badness: 4 peices of caramel i found at my friends + goldfish+ a s/f pudding

Trying my best not to eat anything else even though im so hungry
butttt.. Ive gained like 12lbs since June 28th, ugh, sooo i need to really diet hardcore because I feel sick and defeat and depressed and every bad feeling possible about myself right now
OH EXCEPT ONE PART OF MY BODY IS FULL, ROUND, AND UNSAGGGY at the moment and thats the only good thing that gaining weight causes! haha

I'm slowly adding them to my repertoire as DH's dad teaches me. My favorite is butter chicken with roti/naan bread and buttermilk. That and pakorda (probably spelled wrong) I'm learning to make samosas, so I'm really excited about that!! mmm.... samosas....

Tonight for dinner I was thinking Grilled chicken and salmon (we eat tons of grilled chicken during the summer), greek salad, steamed green beans, and I've had the hankering for homemade mac n cheese.

What are you planning for dinner? Italian dressing marinated grilled chicken, with green beans and spinach leaf salad.

What was for breakfast and lunch? I had greek strawberry yogurt. With fresh blueberries. Lunch is kashi whole grain crackers with laughing cow creamy swiss spread, organic valley mexican blend cheese on top, with turkey pepperoni topping it. Small side of feta cheese with it all as well.

Chicken and broccolli. Simple but yummy. Plus who wants to stand over a stove in this heat.
