We are having a chicken stir fry and rice. I am looking forward to it. I keep trying different sauces but I have not found the one we love yet. Hopefully tonight!!

Probably the same thing I've had the past two nights. Filet mignon, fully loaded baked potato, corn on the cob and a salad. I'm more of a chicken person than beef but I've had a strange aversion to chicken lately....

Probably Lemon Pepper Chicken, Asparagus and Rice. If I don't make it that far we may just have leftover Pot Roast from Saturday night. Depends on how I feel when I get home from work.

I had a *giant* garden salad, it was in a mixing bowl! Haha! I'm also making some bowtie pasta with pesto sauce and grape tomatoes. I am soooo hungry all the time! Tomorrow it's linguine, mushrooms, shrimp and herbs in a cream cheese and butter sauce and I'm already excited to eat it!

I was unhealthy and had Taco Bell ha ha and my girls had McDonald's (where I ordered fries). But I had a really bad craving for a volcano taco (I got 4!) and was able to eat two. I figured since I haven't had many cravings lately that I could give into the craving, esp since it's been hard for me to eat anything lately.
