So I have major sinus issues. I had sinus surgery about 4 years ago and require allergy meds to keep them in check during Summer and Fall. So I've been sneezing up a storm, and even got a bloody nose yesterday. My nose is stuffed up and I just hate it!! :( Saline spray is barely helping.... There's nothing I can do right?? This totally sucks. With DD I had no issues and it was great, I don't think I'm going to be that lucky this time! Any home remedies???
Sorry you are suffering. I'm not sure about allergy meds, but I have a cold and there is nothing I can take after searching on dr. Google. You should call your doc and see what your allowed to take. Hope you feel better.
Have you tried a neti pot? I have the squeeze bottle kind, and I do recommend it. It's pretty freaking gross (and slightly uncomfortable) to have water and snot like pouring out of your nose, but it really works. I recommend doing it in the shower.

LOL - I'm not going to have her innocently buying a neti pot thinking maybe you brew tea in it or something, only to be horrified to learn that it is used to irrigate snot from your face. LOL Full disclosure, ladies.
LOL! Been there, done that MANY times!!! It was one of the requirements post surgery for me. I haven't done it because my ears are a little clogged from the congestion and its not recommended to use if your ears are clogged because it can become worse. I'm going to ask on Friday and if I don't get a good enough answer and I get worse I will just make a trip to my ENT and see what he has to say. I was reading that sinus get worse during pregnancy due to excess blood flow so I think I may just have to deal with this. :(
