I get on and off back aches, they are dull. I notice them when I'm standing or sitting too long. I still also get the occasional cramping... anyone else?

I have a lower back ache, but I've had it even before I was pregnant. I work on concrete floors and I have to sit down and stretch my back out almost immediately after getting to work.
I've had cramping the entire pregnancy. Sometimes they feel like AF (and freak me out) and sometimes it feels like round ligament pain and sometimes it doesnt feel like either..LOL
I think I've been getting ligament pain. Since I sit on those little chairs at work (teach 1st grade) I noticed when I stand I actually have pain. I'm not going to sit on them anymore, I've been switching over to my desk chair. I'm just rolling it around...LOL!

I get back pain. When I have it, it comes in waves. I've had it like 3 times. The first time I thought it was a kidney stone. And maybe it is? But I keep getting it. I also have dull, AF like cramps still in my lower abdomen. Not as often, but I've noticed it happens in conjunction with having to go #2. Sorry TMI. I also get what I think are round ligament pains when I sneeze and cough or move suddenly. Those are sharp pains. Lots of aches and pains here. I also have some joint pain in my knees and hips. I think this is coming from forcing myself to sleep on my side instead of my back. I feel so whiny.
