Thread: Anyone else?

I have been SO lazy today. I'm still in my pajamas. I really need to go to the store...buuuut I had pizza for lunch and I just figure DH can finish that off for dinner.

I just cleaned the kitchen and threw a load of clothes in the dryer...which leaves the washer empty for DH's work clothes which he said he was bringing home today. Took the dogs out, made sure I had enough money for rent this Friday and...that was about it. I cried this morning because I watched What to Expect When You're Expecting... and my hormones are on overload, so... That movie made me laugh because the really skinny, pretty, young, rich lady that has everything super easy....sneezed and her baby popped out...LOL. That's the kind of birth for me!!

Anyone else still feeling lazy?

Oh that movie is too much!! I loved it!! Yeah I was off today so I'm totally lazy! Not looking forward to working tomorrow.

I really, really wanted a desk nap today and that was so not happening. I have my fingers crossed that my son will go to bed early so I can, too!

I fell asleep on the couch last night at like 9:15 (I usually go to bed around 10.) I was TIRED. Am feeling a little better (although still lazy) today, but I am going to have too busy of a day to sit around and relax. After work today, I am picking up T and taking him to his swim lesson, and then we have to go over to my IL's house to help them decorate their sukkah for Sukkot (Jewish holiday.) A sukkah is basically like a big tent that they sit in and eat in during the holiday of Sukkot which symbolizes when the Jews were wandering in the desert for 40 years. They hang all sorts of decorations from the "roof" of the tent (slats of bamboo, so you can see the stars through the top.) Hubby once described it to me as "Sort of like sitting inside a big Jewish Christmas tree." Haha, that's your lesson in Judaism for the day.

Yes, lately I've been getting really tired right around lunchtime. Yesterday DD napped and I decided NOT to nap and then of course today I tried to lay down and no one else slept, lol. Be glad you can laze around so easily right now - not so once baby is born!
I hate feeling lazy though, I've been trying to clean every day this week for a friend's visit tomorrow and some days I just don't have the energy. I know if I can clean it well one week and then maintain it it would be SO much easier but I have to actually do the harder cleaning first to get to the maintenance.

Vicki - I hear you. I usually try to "really" clean atleast once a week and get everything straight. Then, I always think to myself.. I'll just keep it up now and it won't be so hard.... and that never happens! I always have to "really" clean again.
