I had a midwife appointment today. Pretty boring. Blood pressure is good, urine is good. Baby is head down, measuring 28 weeks (so about 1 cm small). I've gained 10 lbs this pregnancy, according to her chart. But the first time they weighed me was at 9 weeks, and I think I gained about 4 lbs in those first 9 weeks. She told me I should see a chiropractor since my SPD is really painful. And otherwise, I'm onto every 2 week appointments!
Elizabeth, glad for an overall boring, good appt!
Do you think a chiropractor would help? I get in SO much pain down there, but generally it's because I've stayed in one spot too long. If I walk around, the pain is HORRIBLE at first, but then goes away. Everyone is like...omg, you're waddling! I'm like....omg, it hurts like a *****!!! You'd waddle too!
Chiro helped me immensely. Actually just told DH I am going to try and go this week because my PSD is bad again and he told me after a couple weeks of going to get right I would prob need once a month which is about now. Mine specializes in OB and has special bed and everything for pregnancy. So worth it when first pregnancy I dealt with it even after friends suggested it to me and I am so glad I went this time.
