    LMAO about Don Knotts!
We live just north of Chicago and April can be very hit or miss here too. Anywhere from freezing and raining/snowing to 80's, we just never know. So we've bought a few little hats and registered for two, but thats it. Maybe 6 total. I figured that way if we don't use them or use them all, they are pretty cheap so no one is out a lot of money. Won't be taking the tags off of them though until we know if we will use them. That way we can always return them if need be.

Cristan - Ooof, I'm sure Alaska in March is freezing! CO could go either way, but March tends to be bad for us too (I'm assuming we'll both go in March ), but I like to be prepared. I found fleece blanket sleepers online (surprisingly hard to find in newborn sizes) if you need them.
Do you think our babes will even fit in newborn size?

I will be knitting some hats for junior. No flowers at least since he is a boy!

I don't remember using hats at all with DS ... well, he was born in June in Georgia, so that may be why! lol. C

Cristan, I'm not expecting my girl to fit in newborn size, but I'm bringing on nb outfit just in case. We have big babies in my family and DS was too big for everything nb.

This is one thing I'm worried about! If we go to term especially, maybe not! :eep: Then again, I remember thinking that with T (he was also always measuring ahead) so I bought a bunch of 3 mos stuff and it was all really big on him for the first several weeks. It makes it hard to plan. And then for us, there is also the possibility that it will actually be too warm for fleece most of the time (you never can tell what it will be like in CO in spring.) Sheesh!
