BTDT moms - what's on your registry?

Just wondering what those of use who already have a child have put on their registries, if you are doing one. (Other than clothes if you're having a different gender.)
I made an Amazon one just to keep track before I go to BRU and do one. Here's what's on it:

aden + anais 4 Pack 100% Cotton Muslin Swaddles, Life's a Hoot
- I had some with Noel but I gave two of them away so I only have one; I'd love to have another pack because they are GREAT!

Brica Baby In-Sight Mirror, Gray - I gave one away because I didn't think I could use it in a van but I was wrong. So I need another. Definitely great to have so you can see what the baby is doing.

Graco SnugRide 22 Infant Car Seat, Oasis - (or something similar) I'm trying to get the lighter weight one that doesn't have as high weight options because my babies never reach 20lbs by 1 year anyway! I'll probably buy this myself though.

Snappis Diaper Fastners (Pair) - Unisex - Can't register for these at BRU but I need some!

Born Free Stage 1 Silicone Nipples- Twin Pack
Philips 2 Pack AVENT Soothie Pacifier, Green, 0-3 Months - I already bought boy and girl "NUK" ones but just in case the baby doesn't like those at first.

Medela Tender Care Lanolin - 2 oz.
Medela Tender Care Hydrogel Pads
Fisher-Price Cradle 'N Swing, My Little Snugabunny - I may or may not buy a swing; my friend has one that her friend is borrowing and I'm not sure if she wants to sell it or let me borrow it or what.

Carter's Bound Keepsake Memory Book of Baby's First 5 Years, Laguna
Nosefrida The Snotsucker Nasal Aspirator - I saw my SIL using one of these on her son - very effective looking!

Earth Mama Angel Baby Organic Milkmaid Tea, 16 Teabags/Box (Pack of 3)
Safety 1st Soothing Mist Ultrasonic Humidifier

Okay, so maybe I can get some more ideas from you guys?

Well since this one is a girl and our DS is 6 1/2(plus with living out of state when pregnant with him we didn't get a shower), we had to register for pretty much everything. The most expensive thing we registered for was the travel system, but don't expect to receive it. My mom and dad have offered to buy it for us anyways along with the crib/mattress. We also registered for a bouncy seat, crib bedding set(but will be perfectly ok with not receiving it as we didn't use a set with DS and that was just fine), crib sheets, blankets, towels, bottles, diapers, wipes, paci's, boppy pillow and cover(because we can't find the one we used with DS even though I am almost 100% positive we saved it), onsies, and some other cheaper things that I can't really remember. We have a jumperoo from DS and a couple of floor mat play things, a high chair that straps into a kitchen chair that eventually goes to just a booster seat and a swing.
