Craptastic Day...
I was off today. Sat on my butt most of the day... I did get SOME cleaning done, but nothing like I wanted. But being home alone all day ...all I thought about was how much I miss DH. He's been good about sending me a text at night or calling me, but I haven't heard from him tonight. I know he doesn't get a signal all the time where he is...but..still bummed. Then I went on my Myspace account, which I haven't been on in YEARS and I saw a pic of my old doggie and just cried and cried and cried. He was the best dog ever. I had to put him down quite unexpectedly when he was 15 because he started howling in pain. The doc said they thought he had cancer (he had a lump on his side, but I had it checked TWICE before and both docs said it was just a fat deposit) but that he was so old they couldn't operate. Anyway, since then I've been in a funk. My stomach feels queasy (that's normal) and .. I dunno.. I just feel depressed I guess. *sigh*

Aww I'm sorry Jessica. It's hard having your husband away. I get so lonely. And about your dog, that is just so sad. I have an 8 year old dog and she is my furbaby. I love her to pieces and it breaks my heart when people tell me stories like yours. My dog also has a fat deposit, which I've had checked once. I didn't know I should recheck it. Maybe I will do that soon.
Anyway, hugs to you. When does DH come back?

I hate those crappy days. I hope you're feeling better today and hopefully the rest of the week zooms by. Maybe you can plan something special to do with DH when he gets back!

lol, thanks Alissa. It sucks because my friend was supposed to hang out with me Monday, Tuesday and today. That would only leave Wednesday (which is passed), Friday and Saturday. Saturday I'm planning on cleaning so ...not too worried about that. BUT, she only hung out with me on Tuesday. So I'm sitting at home watching obscene amounts of HGTV and Food Network. PLUS, I told my mom that I wasn't cooking this weekend. She said to buy some potatoes and some salad and ..I did. I microwave the potatoes and eat a bowl of salad with it. But I've had salad and potatoes for lunch and dinner since Monday LOL. I finished it all today. I think I might switch to hot pockets or something..lol :rolleyes:
