Get off my bladder, baby!!!!!

EEeeeeeeeeeee! For the past several days, Rocket has been seriously smushing my bladder. Like, to the point that it's uncomfortable to walk and I feel like it's possible I could pee my pants at any time. GetoffgetoffgetoffGETOFF!!!! Is anyone else experiencing this, or is this my payback for not having to get up 10x a night to pee for the rest of the pregnancy?

I know he's "engaged" pretty well in the birth canal, which is what I think happens when they say that you've dropped. Although, my bump doesn't really look any lower. I think he's so big he takes up all of the space and there isn't anywhere for him to go. LOL

As of today, yes! I was actually going to start a thread about this. Well, I still will, but yes, this morning I had a major gush while driving to work. No fun.

Not so bad yet. There are a few times that I feel her move and it's like I have to pee right now, get out of my way. LOL
I just found out yesterday that she is indeed head down at this point but, not sure how low she really is, because i'm not feeling pressure down there just yet. So i'm really hoping she's low enough that she doesn't turn breech again.

The only reason I know that Rocket is "pretty well engaged" is that my dr told me the last time I was at his office - something about pushing on the head and seeing how much it bounces. More bouncy = less engaged.

I don't have constant issues like this. I still feel the HOLY CRAP I GOTTA GO NOW, which then disappears quite quickly. Still leaves me the urge to pee, but it's not an emergency. I know my little girl is head down - but I don't think she's in the birth canal - only because I still feel serious movement up high. Granted, that might not mean anything. I thought today she might have dropped - I felt like I had to pee super bad and felt some pressure down there, but it abated.

I feel it more if she moves. I would've sworn that she had "dropped" and even a friend of mine said oh you dropped because your boobs are not hanging out on your belly anymore but at the docs yesterday he said she is still really high lol. I think it prob has more to do with the increase in size of the fetus during this time that our feelings on the bladder are changed.

She's on my bladder a ton lately. I hate the constant feeling of having to pee. It's really painful sometimes.

I have noticed that I get the urge to pee when I go to work out. I try to do 30 to 40 min on the treadmill but lately around 17 -20 min into my workout, I feel like he is jumping on my bladder. And when I increase the incline or speed on the treadmill , i tend to feel more urgency to pee. I also feel the urgency to pee when I am not working out but lately I've noticed more when I am working out.

Today - baby has been on my bladder ALL DAY. It got seriously bad at the store, I was like please don't pee... please don't pee. It goes away pretty much when I sit down, but walking...ugh...

Jessica, I get the same thing - it's okay most of the time when I'm sitting, but whenever I walk it gets bad. It hurts! And then I'll go try to pee and get some relief, and I barely have anything because I pee constantly now so there is nothing left.

Alissa, YES! I'm like omg I gotta to go the bathroom NOW and I get there and it's this ...trickle. I'm like...whaaa? That's not helping! LOL

Does that mean she's dropped? I feel her moving around up high still, but I think it's more butt than anything.

Yes Jessica, I think the more that we feel the babies on our bladders, the more that means that they are dropping. Getting ready to go!

I still don't have it all the time, but I do get times where she moves and hits it and I'm like, Oh please move! And standing is always worse than sitting. What bugs me is that I can try to empty my bladder and nothing comes out, but if she hits it just right, it can still cause a gush, ugh!
