Haha Cristan, I am in the same boat. I have my full on winter parka which will no longer zip, and my wool peacoat which will no longer button. I just can't bring myself to go out and spend a lot of money on a maternity coat though, knowing that this is most likely my last pregnancy. They are expensive!!!

With my last pregnancy, I ended up wearing one of DH's old winter coats, and I'm thinking I'm going to have to do the same for this one. It's so ugly though. I know I shouldn't care, but it mortifies me to be seen in public looking like that. LMAO First of all, it is sooooo dated. It is from when he was in high school or early college (so think late 90's) Second of all, it is HUGE. DH is a big guy, and the coat is a men's extra large. Other than my belly, I'm a normal sized person, so the d@mn thing hangs down almost to my knees, and the sleeves are all long, and it's really basically like wearing a big green sack, with this awful southwestern print trim. Southwestern print! He is seriously lucky that he never wore this coat in my presence when we were dating, or else he'd be married to someone less shallow (but also less fabulous.)

So for the moment I have been running around in 40 degree weather without a coat. Vanity, thy name is Alissa.

    Oldnavy.com | Old Navy

It's even cheaper now, and then there was a 30 percent off sale. It's not the warmest thing in the world but it will have to do for now.

thanks for the Old navy idea, but that won't do for Alaska. I am just going to have to estimate my final size (oh god!) and buy another parka.

and my DH is a skinny tiny dude, so no go there either.

Yeah I got an old navy coat a couple of weeks ago for $25. Awesome deal. Not the warmest coat. But its ok for Texas. It's been like 38 degrees in the morning and like 65 in the afternoons here. I wouldn't recommend the coat for Cristan though. Brrrrrrr Alaska, how you do you Alaskans do it?

My coat doesn't button anymore either. I can still button the top button and the fabric stays closed over the rest of my stomach even though I can't button the rest of the buttons so I am refusing to buy another one. I am sure by later on, my belly will be poking out of the coat and cold. I just plan to spend most of the winter indoors, lol!

Mari - I bought the coat! Thanks for the tip. I was holding off on that one because CO has such schizo weather - it can be mild and in the 40s and 50s most of the time, or we can have blizzard after blizzard after blizzard. But, it is a cute cheap coat, and it will be fine for the mild times, and I guess I always have DH's old coat to fall back on for the really cold and snowy days.

Which color did you get? I was sorely tempted to get red, but ended up going with black because it will go with everything.

Cool! Yeah I'm sure I will have to get a little creative when it gets colder. I might just put DH's sweaters on or something but you can't beat the price!
