Lots of supplements and fighting the dreaded "h" word

So the amount of vitamins I've been taking is about to go up. Right now I'm taking iron, vitamin B, prenatal at breakfast and 2 calcium at lunch. So glad I have the once-a-day prenatal because I really couldn't take one more often.
Then I'm about to start taking Red Raspberry, Evening Primrose, and this stuff called 5-W that's supposed to help prep for labor as well.
And I am having major issues with my iron making me constipated and have, ya know, hemorrhoids. The only other time I've had them is after I had Noel. I've never been anemic during pregnancy and I was on iron after DS but I also took a stool softener. So I'm really not sure if I should do anything about it right now or just wait until after delivery and I'm off iron.
Elizabeth, I know you're taking iron and are having problems as well. Anything you do to help?
What supplements are all of you guys taking?

I'm still doing the iron. I've done a couple different ones (Floradix and Slow Fe). Floradix is super expensive. It's like maple syrup expensive. Haha. My midwives are bewildered that I haven't been constipated at all this pregnancy. It's freaking amazing. Before becoming pregnant, I had a lot of IBS issues of being constipated for up to 14 days sometimes. But now, its like clockwork. However, I say that and I still have hemorrhoids. I hate them.

Besides the iron, right now I'm taking the Rainbow once a day prenatal, echinacea, and sometimes garlic. I've started drinking the Red Raspberry Leaf tea because my midwife and doula said I could. I'm only drinking it once a day. I will drink more soon. I might take evening primrose too. My doula seemed to think that one wasn't necessary.

I am currently taking my prenatal pill and an iron pill supplement. I don't think it seems to be bothering me though.

I'm just taking my prenatal, but I'm remembering now what a bleeder I am and I lost so much blood with DS, I wonder if it would help me to take some iron ahead of time to build me up. Guess that's a question for my midwife.

My midwife told me today there has been some evidence that red raspberry leaf helps to reduce postpartum bleeding. You may want to look into that.

Elizabeth, that's crazy about your IBS and stuff! Interesting that it's actually better while you're pregnant.
I used Tuck's pads for my hemorrhoids after Noel. It did work but again, I don't see much point in treating it until I'm off the iron.
