Lots of supplements and fighting the dreaded "h" word
So the amount of vitamins I've been taking is about to go up. Right now I'm taking iron, vitamin B, prenatal at breakfast and 2 calcium at lunch. So glad I have the once-a-day prenatal because I really couldn't take one more often.
Then I'm about to start taking Red Raspberry, Evening Primrose, and this stuff called 5-W that's supposed to help prep for labor as well.
And I am having major issues with my iron making me constipated and have, ya know, hemorrhoids. The only other time I've had them is after I had Noel. I've never been anemic during pregnancy and I was on iron after DS but I also took a stool softener. So I'm really not sure if I should do anything about it right now or just wait until after delivery and I'm off iron.
Elizabeth, I know you're taking iron and are having problems as well. Anything you do to help?
