It's a little rough on my back but I think that's due to an accident I had a few years ago. But he likes it, it seems, so I'm cool with it!
Aww yay! I'm glad it seems to be working out for you. I was going to get one, but ..I read somewhere they're only good until the baby is 15 lbs??
Oh heck no!!! They good for weight up to like 30 lbs depending on the tie you want to use. I love it!
Aww look at Bram!! So cute and snuggly! I busted out my moby today. Love it because it saves my back. Unfortunately doesn't help soothe my boy.
Bram looks so tiny and snug in there! I love mine too, it helps get her to sleep and saves my nipples from her attempts to sleep with a boob, lol. I do get tired of the wrapping process though.
Elizabeth, keep trying. Emma fusses when I put her in, sometimes I have to pop a paci in, go outside, and walk around vigorously then she's out quickly.
He looks so comfy! I love the moby as well, make sure you have the straps good and wide and it should help with the back pain. I carried DS in his until he was three (we lived within walking distance of pretty much everything but it was all across a pretty big intersection and I hated dragging the strollers out.)
He is adorable!!!
I was going to say, make sure the straps are spread wide but it looks like they are. Mobys are really versatile if you can wrap well because you can do wraps for your back as well. I'm going to post some pics of my ring sling from just now in a bit.
ETA: Here are some photos from Judah sleeping in the wrap right now:
Excuse the mess in the background!!
Great baby wearing pics!!!! They both look so cozy! Can't wait to wear my wee one. (I guess I AM wearing him/her right now, LMAO...but you know what I mean!)
Vicki - I never wore K upright like that when she was so little, but apparently it's better for them??? Is that true? It seems like it would be hard on their little necks. The side view of Judah is so cute, love how his bum sticks out!
It really amazes me how kids can be so different DD hated the carriers but Rylee seems to like it so far lol
Vicki thats a way cool wrap. What kind is it? I will try to post a moby photo later today.
Heather yeah I have always worn my babies upright; I feel like the cradle position isn't as safe and harder for me to get a good tight hold on; I feel like I always have to keep one hand on them. It;s not a big deal unless hes awake and then I just put one hand on his neck for support.
Yeah the side view almost looks like I'm pregnant again!!
Elizabeth it's a Maya Ringsling and I LOVE it!
