Movie day!

Not sure who lives near an Angelika Film Center, but there is one right down the street from me and they do a crybaby matinee where moms can bring their babies/kids.. They keep the lights on but dim them and the movie sound low. They even provide an in theater changing table. Henry actually enjoyed it until the end when he was tired. But there were about 12 moms in there and we were all pacing the aisles bouncing our littles. Not sure any mom in there actually watched the whole movie. They were showing the movie Much Ado about Nothing.

That sounds fun! It's a stress relief to be around other moms with cranky babies sometimes.

Glad you had a good time and were able to take Henry out someplace without having to worry about him being fussy!

Wow I've never heard of that sounds neat. They have $1 movies here through the summer but I would have to bring a helper with me to handle three kids.

Yeah we might go again next week. If you have to exit the theater for any reason, like super loud crying, then they give you a free pass. So Henry was crying and instead of getting all the other babies stressed out, I took him to the lobby for 15 minutes and sshed him to sleep and got a free pass. Yippee!

Tori do you have any friends with kiddos thst you can go with? One baby is hard enough for me, can't imagine packing up 3 kiddos.

All my friends have tons of kids too haha! But really they all have at least 2 and most of them have 3-4. I really need a highschooler to go with me so they can help me with my kids.

Fun Elizabeth! I know the movie theater near us does something like that, but it is only 1 day a month and I always forgot to find out which day it was. It's during the week so I probably won't end up going now that I'm back to work, but I always thought it was such a good idea. I LOVE going to the movies. Would be so fun to be able to go and take Reid and not have to worry as much about him crying!
