I feel pretty normal at the moment. I was having contractions again last night, so I decided to time them just to see where they were, and they were all over the board. Mostly about 1 min long, but anything from 8 min to 20 min apart. Are those BH? They just felt like bad period cramps. Anyway, nothing this morning, which is fine. Rocket is welcome for at least another couple of weeks.

Congrats to you ALissa!!!! I know you are so excited and thrilled about the arrival of your LO. Not much longer at all! I hope everything continues to be healthy and positive! Sending positive thoughts and good vibes your way! And keeping you and rocket in my prayers!

Holy cow Alissa! I can't believe you're this far already! I know, it's probably seemed like a lot longer for you. I feel like I've been MIA your whole pregnancy. Keeping my fingers crossed and sending you ELV's!

You hadn't posted on this BB so I went to see if you had posted at all.. cuz ya know, It was 10am and the last post from you was 7pm the night before. And then I saw you had posted on the Debate board.. It brought mixed emotions of "Ugh.. she's still posting and not laboring. Damn." and.. "Awesome.. rocket is still baking! "

Bahaha! Stalk away! Although, I hate to say, I don't think it's going to be soon. I went to my drs appt yesterday, and we have made NO progress in the past week (still 2 cm dilated, and 75% effaced.)

Then we had some excitement. I'm just typed this out on the debate board, so I'm just going to copy and paste.

So last night, I went to the bathroom, and there was a TON of blood, and even a couple of large clots. I know that cervical checks can cause "spotting" but this was like a heavy period. Totally freaked. So I called my drs after hours line, and they said that it could be due to the cervical exam, but I should probably go in to L&D at my hospital. So, I finished packing my bag and T's bag just in case this was it, then we took T to my mom's house, and then went in to the hospital. Where they checked me out and determined that I was a) not in labor and b) there was not a thing wrong with me. So I guess the bleeding was from the cervical check, but that just amazes me. I had one last week and I barely spotted any pink, and then this week I'm passing clots the size of quarters? Whaaaaaa?

DH was all disappointed that yesterday wasn't the day. He was like "March 13th is a palindrome! That's a good day to be born!" (3/13/13 reads the same front and back) He's also rooting for today, since today is "Pi Day" (3.14) He's a nerd.

So weird about the blood. I would be concerned. I can't imagine a cervical exam would produce clots like that. So strange. I love it when doctors tell you that you are normal when normal things are not happening.

Pi day would be a cool day. Or maybe he will be a St. Patti's day baby? Or easter baby? But that's getting close to your due date, can you wait that long? Rocket can share a birthday with me, I'm March 25th!! AGhhhhh...I can't believe you are so close though. Wild.
