How many naps does your baby take per day and how long are they usually?
Judah probably naps like five times a day but his naps are usually 30 minutes long. He sometimes takes a longer nap (closer to an hour) once a day but some days they are all really short. I do wish he would take longer naps but it's probably just because he's still eating every 2-2.5 hours. He has been doing more like every 2.15 - 2.5 hours now.
We do the EASY routine so he sleeps almost as often as he eats.
Henry is exactly the same. He eats every 2 hours and we are doing the easy routine and his naps are about 30 minutes with a one hour nap in the afternoon. This of course on a good day. But then randomly he does have days where his long nap is 2-3 hours long. That happened today and I got so much done. Its so hard when their naps are so short.
Reid is a terrible napper. He was even when he was a tiny newborn. He "naps" like 4 times a day for like 15-20 minutes. Sheesh! But he's a pretty happy guy for one who doesn't sleep, and he's been sleeping from 8-6 or 7 so at least there is that. I'm putting him in his crib tonight though, so I'm scared he's going to be up all night....

Wade does not like naps at all. On a good day he might take a 2 hour nap in the after noon but it's usually a 30 minute nap in the early morning and a 20-30 minute nap in the evening. He likes to be awake and involved in what goes on around the house.
Rylee is sort of all over the place because we are out and about a lot for DD so she naps here and there in the car or at the activities. If we are home she usually wakes around 7 and will take a 40-60 nap around 10. Then when I put DD down for a nap around 12:30-1:00 I put her in the swing while I get her down and have my lunch and she tends to fall asleep and give me a 2-2.5 hr nap. She's a great sleeper it is the darn eating making me nuts!
She's not a great napper and requries a lot of help, but with the help she will sleep. It's not always the same, but often we'll get a 45 min in the morning, then we can push her to get a 2 hour afternoon, then another 30-45 min in the evening. Her bedtime will depend on how her naps went during the day so she still always gets the total sleep she needs.
Every day is different. I'm hoping once our older boys start back to school and we get on a more regular schedule(waking up at the same time, going to bed at the same time, etc...) she will follow.
We are on absolutely no schedule at all right now-napping or eating.
Some days she will take an 1-2 hour nap in the morning and then a 2-3 hour nap in the late afternoon. Some she will cat nap in the mornings and take a very good 3 hour nap in the late afternoon. Some she flips and will take a 3 hour nap in the morning and will cat nap the rest of the day. And we've had a few days that she really had no nap at all, just 15-20min catnaps all day.
Julie catnaps thru the day...but usually takes a long nap in the afternoon. However...ssometimes DH picks her up from daycare and that pretty much throws her nap out the window. I try really hard to put her to bed after 7..but lately she's been going at 6 and wakes up during the night.
